877 walking shoes are very comfortable for walking. I am very pleased with them.

I LIKE THESE SHOES. I AM PETITE AND I HAVE SEVERE OSTEOARTHRITIS IN MY HIPS DUE TO CARING FOR MY DISABLED DAUGHTER AND I WAS REALLY ON A MISSION TO FIND A TENNY SHOE THAT WAS SUPPORTIVE ON MY FEET BUT NOT HAVING A BULKY FEELING. THERE ARE S-O-O-O MANY SHOES TO CHOOSE FROM BUT I'M CERTAIN I MADE A PRETTY GOOD CHOICE. THEY FEEL DECENT ON MY FEET. NOT UNCOMFORTABLE IN ANY WAY I'M A SIZE 7 AND THE SHOE FIT JUST RIGHT. NOT TOO TIGHT; NOT TOO LOOSE. BY THE WAY, I'M NOT A WALKER/JOGGER ANY LONGER; I JUST NEEDED A GOOD FOOT BED WITH SUPPORT.

I always love New Balance shoes. These are wonderful and are an exact fit. I wasn't sure about this light blue color but I really like the way they look with jeans. These shoes are lightweight and very comfortable.

Fit seems true to size. I don't like the gray color, but I didn't like it when I ordered it either....just needed the shoes and choices were limited/non-existent IE no options. But overall they are comfortable, I have worn them for 5-6 mile walks which I do almost daily over the past week.

I wasn't as crazy abut the styling and have ordered a different New Balance walking shoe. Having said that, I want to make sure other buyers understand that: this shoe fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I wear thick walking socks and even those fit inside. Do not hesitate to order these shoes because I did not care for the styling. They are light-weight and a nice-looking shoe and they are quality-construction.

This shoe is very comfortable both for walking in town (on pavements) and exercising at indoor facilities. I have yet to use them on easy to moderate hiking trails (soil and loose small gravel). The wide width is perfect for my feet. I cannot comment on the durability since I have only had them several weeks, but they are used daily and I see no problems occurring now. I would recommend these walking shoes.

I ordered my usual size 7W - but it was way too wide and I returned it for a 7b. That size fit better. I walk 3.5 miles daily and find these shoes less flexible than I like. They feel a little flat and boxy especially because I like to walk fast 13 min 30 sec miles. They seem to be durable after one month' wear and about 112 miles. It was easy to exchange the shoes. I will not buy another pair of this style though.

I have wide-ish feet and was looking for a shoe that did not pinch my baby toes. This shoe was wide over-all - not for me.
