I have an unusual situation, because my right foot is a size 7 and my left is almost an 8. So I buy 7.5 shoes and hope for the best! The roomy toe-box was great for my left foot - which fills the shoe - and the ability to snug up the heel area was great for my right foot - which would swim in a larger size! These are a little heavier than the Aetrex walkers I've been using, but the support feels better. I would definitely recommend these.

Had to return these. They were a great color but no cushioning or arch support.

I wear a medium width and the toes on my right foot rub so I was anxious to try this "wide toe box" shoe. While there was enough room in the toe area - Sadly they did not work for me. Heel slips even when laced & tied with runners tie. There was not enough arch support w/o insoles. In my opinion this is an attractive athletic shoe.

I loved the way it fitted. I wear a brace on my right foot and usually it's hard to find a shoe to accommodate it. But there were a pleasure to wear, without a break in period. You're the left one is a little loose, but thick socks and tied up tight helps. Style wise they are wide looking from the front and I thought they were brown , but they look blue and tan.

My AFO fits this shoes nicely.

This shoe has a very boxy toe box (say that five times fast!), and that would be useful if you want your toes to splay out within the shoe. But it lost a bit of room for the big toe. The shoe was comfy, but I can't imagine it holding up to all-day wear. If you are looking to do a very light amount of walking, this shoe would be a good choice. But anything more than that and you'll need a shoe with more support and flexibility.

Seems like a comfortable shoe . They were returned because of the color.

I had the same shoe in medium and my foot seemed to swim in them. The narrow fits much better. The shoes aren’t exactly stylish but I like the color and they suit me fine.

This choice had to be made without a consideration for much style. Last year I found out what it's like to have plantar fasciitis ... it's horrible. I got over it but I have to be careful to maintain good calf, ankle, foot muscles and always have not only a strong arch support, but a toe that is wide enough that my toes can spread as they should. I think it's ridiculous that all these walking shoes actually have a narrow toe point. It ruins your feet. I need to use my own orthotic insert to guarantee that arch support and if there is a little slight heel elevation, with every step my foot is jamming into that toe and pretty soon I'm having problems again. I have to remind myself of that because to look at them they are rather ugly ... sorry but they are. But the good news is, it meets that requirement for my toes and shoes like that are very hard to find. The sole is not cushy and I am used to Asics gel technology. If only the two could be combined with greater cushion and wide toe ... and a little bit of style.

I really liked the look of this shoe.... it just looks comfortable, and many reviews say that it is. I purchased it as it is one of the few shoes that NB makes on the SL-2 last. That last fits my foot best, as it is narrow in the heel and wide in the forefoot. This shoe seemed wide to me, and the heel was definitely too wide, and my heel slipped around in it. Didn't seem like the SL-2 last. Sadly, I had to return it.

These shoes run quite wide. I usually wear a 10ww, which is what I ordered. They were too big. I then tried a 10d and a 9.5ww. The 9.5ww was still too big, my foot moved around too much in it. I ended up keeping the 10d, but truthfully a 9.5D might have been better. The toe is very squared off, so there's lots of toe room, more than I'm used to. There is not a lot of cushioning in these shoes, but enough for me. I like the gray color with blue trim.

I'm very happy with the fit, and there very comfortable.

Comfortable a lot of extra rom in tie bow which I liked a I have a bunion. Seemed a bit wider but works ok as in cold weather wear thick socks,

These are great, as expected. I like New Balance because they are made in the US (at least they used to be) and they have the extra wide width I need. The fit is good, it just takes some time for them to completely conform to your feet.

This shoe has a wide toe box, which is very comfortable, but I ended up ordering and keeping the same size as usual but one step down from my usual Wide-wide.

I have been wearing NB for years. I wear 8.5N and have found that, after trying many other walkers that this company offers, the WW665 was the best fit for my foot, which is wedge-shaped with a narrow heel. Sadly, NB has discontinued that style and the WW877 is the next best fit for me, although it just can't compare with the WW665. The arch support is not as good, the heel area is not as snug and I dislike the color. I need a roomy toe box and this shoe delivers in that respect. I did not have to size up, as other reviewers have stated. I do need to wear a thick sock when wearing but that doesn't bother me as I had to with the older style also. Basically, I'm satisfied with this shoe but I sure wish they would bring back my favorite.

I finally found a shoe that has a comfortable toe box. I have been walking indoors each morning for a week. As soon as the South becomes livable again, I will try them outside. Good fit. Good shoe.

Not the cutest shoes but super comfy!

I've had a problem fitting into my shoe size the last 2 years, shoes seem shorter now and toes would bump up to the end. These shoes fit great in length! They toe base is a little wide for my foot and the arch support is not what I'm used to but I can improve it with orthotics and there is plenty of room in this shoe to add it. Overall, I'm glad I spent the extra money and bought a shoe assembled in the USA, more true to size than what you find elsewhere.

Ordered double wide because of my bunion. I was happy to find a nice looking shoe in this size. So far so good comfortable walking in them.

I usually wear a 9 in an athletic shoe. I felt there wasn't enough room as my big toe almost reached the end. I was afraid that the next size up would be too wide in the heel as most NB shoes are. I think I might give Rykas a chance.

I have worn New Balance shoes before. Ordered my regular size but the were to large. Even with a arch support in them. Seemed a little heavier than I am used to wearing. Also came with a large dimple in the toe. I had to return them. Seemed like a good shoe otherwise. Good toe room. Would recommend.
