I am very happy with this pair of shoes. They are very comfortable but still offer good support. It had been recently recommended that I wear a decent sneaker because of a possible stress fracture in my left ankle. These shoes offer good support without aggravating my ankle.

This shoe is very comfortable with no time necessary to break it in. I wore it walking on a hard surface for the first time that I put them on and they felt wonderful. It's an attractive shoe and nice to find something that's not stark-white that feels so great. I would definitely recommend them.

Very comfortable, the width is good for my wide foot, and the heel is narrow for my narrow heel! Great walking shoe!. I think the color is agood color.

The sneakers are attractive and comfortable. Arch support sealed the deal.

These are terrific shoes for a very wide foot. Great padding and support. Unfortunately they are too wide for me. I am really between a regular and a wide foot due to foot surgery. I will keep looking. So appreciate Zappos return policy.

The fit was good and comfortable. Wide toe box made it easy to wear (I have bunions ) they're not very stylish but I guess comfort instead of pain is a good trade off.

Love these shoes! I bought them to wear for a week in Europe. We walked almost all day every day and these shoes never stopped being comfortable. My feet never really got tired in them. I'm thinking of ordering a second pair in a different color, I like them so much!

I bought these shoes for pickle ball use. I have narrow feet and New Balance is one of the few athletic shoes that fit my feet. I also have some arthritis in my toes. These shoes are perfect, so comfortable (and the extra length is good for my toes)!

I bought these based on other reviews. They are the most comfortable New Balance shoe I have ever bought.

I ordered these for my 87 year old mom. She walks 1.5 miles daily in her assisted living facility, and the New Balance running shoes she had been wearing for two years suddenly started giving her toe problems. She wanted something with a big toe box, and these shoes sure have that. She put them on and was instantly comfortable and even thinks they look a bit cute because the wider toe makes her size 12 foot look a little smaller. I liked the color on her. It goes with everything she wears and looks a lot better than stark white.

I like this style of New Balance. They are comfortable and lightweight. Most of all Zappos, please keep offering shoes, boots, and athletic shoes in narrow sizes. I wear a 7 narrow and have a difficult time finding shoes that fit properly and look nice. It is unfortunate that the local shoe stores have so few selections in narrow and those that are available are too expensive!

Overall I like this shoe. I put that in the singular because my pair arrived with the right shoe in the size I'd ordered, and the left shoe a size larger. I didn't have much time to try them out before I had to wear them on an outdoor trip. (I do like Zappo's delivery speed!) This pair arrive in a "neutral" shoe box with a note that the original box had been damaged in shipment; and I noticed that the left shoe laces had not been re-tied, apparently after having been tried on. But I didn't look at the tag inside the tongue, just slipped them on, stuck in my 3/4 arch support orthotics, liked the color, liked the width in ball of foot area (often my problem), and went on my way --since my (very) old New Balance sneakers had soles falling off. As another reviewer has stated, just a bit more cushioning in the ball of foot area would be useful! While wearing these lovely new shoes on my hike, it poured! Feet were sloshing around, sand and detritus from the trail splashing up on the outside. Soles seeed to have good grip on slippery surfaces. Once home, I looked for a tag to see how to wash these -- discovered one shoe 1/2 inch longer and labeled a different size than the other. Zappo's -- are these exchangeable for a pair that is really a pair?

These shoes are so comfy, they are like walking on pillows. I have size 11 1/2 or 12 and these make my feet look normal size. They are light and make working out easier.

bought these for an elderly friend and she absolutely loved how lightweight and cute they are! Great summer runarounds.

They fit great! Look just like the picture. Wish the tongue was a little longer to help put on shoe but overall a great shoe. I wear for twelve hour shifts and come home without any feet pain.
