Shoes fit very well. Online customer services was 5 stars. Shipping was 5 stars. Will shop and recommend Zappos to family and friends.

My husband loves these (and he seldom gives high praise to shoes). They are wide enough and comfortable and he'd wear them all the time if he could.

This is a good shoe. It's not as comfortable as I would have wanted but I can walk in them all day and my feet are fine.

The sneakers are great! Fit perfectly and have been very comfortable for my two mile brisk walk every morning. The only issue I had is that the laces (at 54") were too long. Hung to the ground when tied. I had to go find 45" laces the same gray color and shape. I think these shoes should be sold with 45" laces.

These are the first New Balance shoes that have fit me really well in years. The front end is nicely rounded not pointy as are many shoes and there is ample room for orthotics. Style is not exciting but okay. I bought 2 more pairs.

I really like my New Balance shoes. I bought them for comfort during walking tours in Europe. I use them now for daily morning one mile walks and their great!

Best sneaker I have ever purchased. Usually sneakers run small and narrow, but not these. A perfect fit. They are as comfortable as slippers, but provide good traction and support. Very good quality and made in USA. I am going to order another as a spare for whenever these wear out. Would pay twice what I paid to get these again. 5+ Stars.

I love these shoes! I would wear them all the time if I could. I even wore them playing basketball the other day and they were great.

Nice understated style. Fits well, very comfortable. New Balance generally is a great brand, especially for getting a wide size that doesn't look "orthopedic" or cheap.

Great shoe More Colors please

Fit was great. Outsole is hard and inflexible and squeaks on our floors. Too bad as I liked everything else. Will be returning for another New Balance option.

Fit as expected

Toe area is square and my foot slipped in the toe area.

The shoes are just a tad snug, I would order a half size larger if I order another pair. I like the styling, I like the support, especially in the heel.

After much searching i have finally found a wonderful walking shoe. I wear a men’s size 11D - fit right out of the box. Two years ago I had a full Ibone ankle replacement and I have tried many many sneakers - all with fit issues that did not favor my feet. And to be contrary these walking shoes do not look like clown shoes - they are attractive and athletic looking along with providing the needed room for my toes needed due to pronation from the ankle surgery. Keep up the good work New Balance!

Fit and size were true to form and very comfortable

These shoes fit perfectly out of the box. I work outside a lot. I prefer sneakers for the comfort; but want something a little more sturdy. These shoes filled both needs. They also provide good arch support which I need. I like the style and appearance of the shoe, contrary to some other reviewers. The shoe is just as pictured. It has more of a rounded toe box; but I like that and it contributes to the comfort. I’ve had mine for 3 years now and need to replace because of normal wear.

Shoe feels okay in terms of length and width but seems very flat in the arch.
