I was looking for a good pair of walking shoes and found just what I needed. Although it's a personal choice I decided that the extra half-size suggestion applied and I'm glad that I purchased accordingly. I'm now in my sixties and consider walking my first choice for exercising. I average from 3 to 5 miles each time out on at least 5 of 7 days weekly. This shoe has good support and can withstand the rigor of walking on pavement. Comfortable right out of the box!

This walking shoe has the best sole design. Constructed of one piece that will not come apart like other soles made up of several pieces glued on. Expect longer sole life.

The almost identical shoe at the local New Balance store is nearly twice the price!

Ordered a size 12 - fit was too small. Returned and ordered a size larger and the fit was perfect. Recommend ordering 1/2 to 1 full size larger for this product & style. A very comfortable walking shoe. Will purchase again,

These shoes were comfortable from day 1. By all means, do as they suggest, and order your shoes 1/2 size larger than your normal size.

I like the color, fit and overall feel of these shoes. They are exactley what I thought they would be.

I love these shoes, the toe box is nice and roomy and the shoes are sooo comfortable and the laces tie and hold perfectly! I have had the Country Walkers, and these are way better !

I love New Balance shoes. They always fit for me and they last quite awhile. I have only purchased 5 pairs of New balance in 20 years maybe. I will only purchase NEW BALANCE shoes. GREAT PRODUCT GREAT SERVICE. and their made in AMERICAN!

Once broken in these shoes are great and well worth the money

My New Balance 877 shoes are comfortable, good-looking, great-walking and fit me to a tee. Having worn other walking shoes, I would rate these as the most pleasing I have ever owned. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable, easy walking, easy wearing shoes.

I was looking for some good walking shoes for less than $100.00. I have always liked New Balance but some of their shoes can be pricey. I got these shoes 2 weeks before a trip to Disney World. At the park my wife and son both got blisters from walking around. I didn't. That's a good enough sales benefit for me.
