These shoes are adorable, but I think I needed the size up in a narrow, rather than the supper slims I usually wear. So cute. Just didn’t fit

I have a very narrow foot sometimes wearing a slim width. My foot completely slipped through the toe opening of this sandal. For me, the style o this shoe was a bit clunkly. I could, however, feel that the shoe would be comfortable had the fit been correct.

I thought I would need a wide in this shoe, but it turned out to be much too wide for my foot. My mediocre review is based on the shoe not being as attractive as pictured. I returned it.

shoes fit OK, but the left shoe squeezed when I walked. I'd get a replacement, but I ordered them last minute for a trip.

I tried this shoe in black suede in a store and liked it. This is a very odd color and looks like fake plastic leather. The heel strap has a metal ring that hit my ankle bone and was not comfortable. Shoe felt stiff overall. The insole is great, all Munroe shoes shine there.

These shoes are beautiful and fit perfect HOWEVER there is NO arch support in this shoe. I am very sad that I have to send these back

I loved these shoes, but had to send them back. They had no arch support, I tried several ways to add they support with insoles, etc., but it didn't work. They are so attractive! I really wish these would of worked!

The Munro American Abby looks nice. I ordered a 5-1/2 2E which is my typical shoe size. I wear a 5-1/2 2E in both New Balance and Brooks running shoes. The length of this shoe is perfect. It is a bit snug width wise, but because the instep is roomy it did not feet too tight. The issue I had was the side of the shoe. It cut into the bottom of my ankle bone on the outside of my foot. The side is 1-15/16" tall at my ankle. The adjustable back strap is nice as my heel is of normal B width and many wide shoes are too wide in the heel.

I was disappointed in this shoe, since it had received such good reviews. I have a wide width in the front and a narrow heel, so the flexible strap was one of the reasons it appealed to me. However, when i close it properly (matching the velcro), the strap digs into my foot, around the bone, in a very uncomfortable way. If I adjust it so it doesn't hurt, it tears my pantyhose. There's also a funny looking gap where the strap closes. All in all, not the comfortable fit I was hoping for, especially given the price.

Ordered in a 9.5 wide, good fit for someone who seems to need to go to a 10. Isn't such a great shoe for really high arches. I'm returning as the dye on the inside leather totally stained the hose I was wearing when I tried them on. Expensive medical stockings...washed right away and some of the black dye didn't come out. Weird. I can't rave like most reviewers about the shoe, but I can rave about Zappos.

Seeing the picture, I had to try this shoe. It's very pretty; the upper is very soft leather. Having a narrow foot, I ordered the 2A, and it was just about too tight. The insole, altho it was smooth from heel to toe, had a transition area as it ran from the heel forward that felt like a lump to my flat arches, and I thought that would be a problem. I thought that trying the M width would be too wide especially if the straps would stretch with wear. The adjustable strap behind the heel could be a bit longer than it is.

I SO wanted to love this shoe as I am traveling in 3 days and wanted to wear them in Florida. However this is a very narrow shoe, so must return. Haven't decided if a wide will work.

These shoes are comfortable and true to size (mine was 8.5 wide) but one shoe's leather was of inferior cut and strands were sticking out through the cuts; also the buckle is rather unattractive; overall not as I'd expected--I'm returning them.

These shoes would be 5 star except they squeak when you walk. Would have kept them otherwise. They are stylish and the heal is substantial and not too high.

They turn my feet black! These were nearly $200! And they turn my feet black! On the top. Not the bottom. My feet have the imprint of the pattern of the straps on the tops of my feet, after wearing them for one hour, and not sweatingat all. So freaking gross!

First of all, if you buy Munro, you know you have to buy a full size larger if you are a 12. So, what did they did this year to the "13"s which are really 12s? They eliminated most winter shoes that were narrow! I even called Munro to complain. They are not sympathetic and I could not get past the receptionist. I hope another shoe manufacturer has an optic on this! I mean, 12N is unusual, but to not make all their booties in the "real" 12 (a Munro 13N) is abandoning former loyal customers. Please -- vendors -- opportunity lurks!

These shoes are comfortable and a good fit but the black ones transfer color on your feet and everything else they touch. I do not know about the other colors but the black transferred a lot of color while I was sitting at a table for dinner. I have no problems with foot perspiration and the shoes did not get damp. I am sorry to return them as narrow comfortable shoes are hard to find.

I liked this shoe and wanted to keep it. I am returning it because the material bleeds very badly. I wore the shoe for just half an hour and when I removed them, my feet were black! Yikes! Not very good for Munro American and especially not for the price it cost. Sorry, these go back!

Love this style: have it in black, wore it straight from the box to walk for miles without problem. Was trying to find a good summer neutral. Zappos doesn't carry the "stone" color so ordered golden bronze in the hopes that it would work. No luck: it's very very metallic and looks like fake leather to me. So disappointed. Arche has similar for 2 times the price, but heel not as stable for walking.

These are great. I wear 8.5 3-4A and they are comfortable. Like the "stylish" look. After years of trying others, I am a confirmed Munro customer.
