Love these shoes! They are comfortable, fit my 9SS feet very well and look great! As always, Zappos service is the best. I appreciate being able to get a very narrow shoe in a color other than black.

Just arrived and I tried on my new shoes and love them! I could have maybe used an 8.5 but because they are open back, they work great. They are so soft and easy to wear, plus being very attractive on my feet, even with crop pants.

My foot grew a half size so I ordered a new pair of Abby shoes. They are remarkably comfortable and the only heel I own. The 10.5 N fits snugly and securely. I was pleased that the fit of the Abby has remained consistent over time. I do wish they would make a closed toe option that would eliminate the need for me to get a pedicure. But the fit is spot-on and that is what matters.

I don't wear heels very much and these were right at the limit of heel height for me. But they are very comfortable and feel supportive. And I love how they look.

The shoes are very comfortable and looks good on my feet; however, the first time I wore them, the black dye from the shoe was all over my feet. I am very disappointed by this feature.

LOVE these shoes. They fit and are super cute and comfortable. Big complaint - they turn my feet black. Every time. And I've had them about a year. Frustrating (and embarrassing if you are somewhere where you have to take your shoes off!)

These shoes fit great (11AA) and are so comfortable. Unfortunately the style did not look good with the dress I wanted them for, and I don't wear heels much, so they weren't worth keeping.

Very handsome shoe, but runs extremely narrow. All of my shoes are narrows, but had to take this one in a medium and could not wear it if it were any narrower. Very comfortable right out of the box.

Adorable shoe but! Fits great, perfect color but the strap in the back is not complete velcro. I personally would have to take to cobbler and have them add some or return. Should have had enough velcro for that price.

I ordered a 11 WW. I usually order a mens 10 1/2 4E in athletic shoes. I have very wide feet and bunions. I ordered Comfortiva Faye at the same time as these and the Munro Abby wasn't as wide/comfortable as the other one. I returned this one. Not a bad shoe but not as wide as I need.

These ran a full size smaller than I expected. But they were soft and had great support and were very beautiful!

These are very narrow. They are well made and attractive but I could not get my feet all the way in the shoes. I have purchased other Munro styles in the same size with no problem.

These look nice on the feet and I get compliments every time I wear them. They are slightly less comfortable than other Munro styles, but still have good arch support. The strap across the top is not as soft as I would hope - it rubs against my toes and I have to wear moleskin or a Bandaid to prevent blisters.

I've worn these twice and received many compliments. They are requiring a breaking in period, specifically the buckle and at the toe. Other than those two spots they are quite comfortable.

Very cute and mostly comfortable. Gets a little bunched in the toes after extensive wear but they are great for an evening out. They go great with navy blue dresses.

I wear D widths and these are very comfortable - and stylish for Munro. I ordered the golden taupe, which would have been perfect for summer but they are way too shiny gold. Munro is supposed to be coming out with new colors for this shoe, so fingers crossed there is a good light neutral included. Zappos - your shoe photography typically renders quite accurately on my iMac, so thank you for that! You can really tell the reflectivity of the golden taupe color. I will have to stop shopping on my cheap computer when color is critical.

I truly love the style of these shoes. I ordered 8 1/2 because the 8 I returned was too short. Do it does run about a half size small. I just can't wear because arch is set too far back for my high arch. So sorry to return. I have scoliosis and have to accommodate my back. They are so stylish!

These shoes are remarkably comfortable. I have a wide foot, and they fit very well and are really great for work. I guess the only wish I had, is that the heel was just a bit higher. Then that would really dress it up a little bit more. But when I am wearing them, I am not thinking about my feet. And that is the point isn't it? Wish I could find a bra like that!

What great shoes! They are comfortable right out of the box and stylish, too. I have wide problem feet so it is hard to find shoes that fit and do not hurt, never mind look good. These cost more than I have ever spent on a pair of shoes but they are worth it. Hopefully they will hold up well and I will wear them for years to come.

These cute shoes are so comfortable. Wore them all day the first time and no problems. I have a WW foot and a high instep, and it's hard to find comfortable, stylish shoes. I was worried they might be too snug across the top since there is no elastic there, but I can even fit a ball of foot gel pad. One thing: the dye comes off on my feet. Sometimes it's just a little, but once after I had used lotion (and rubbed it in well) my feet were completely black! It washes off fine, and it's not a deal breaker for me, but good to know. I am hoping it will decrease as I wear them more. I may get these in the sand color as well. Love Munro American and Zappos!

Great shoe, perfect for work all day! I love the look of the Arche shoe but not the price. What a find. Zappos is the only way to find a shoe like this.

Love this shoe! Thank you Zappos for your patience in helping me finally find the right size. For years have worn a 5.5 W in Munro shoes and sandals, last couple years, who knows? This shoe fits nicely for me in a 5 WW in the gray but not in the black...go figure? Very cute, very comfortable shoe, the only change I would make is more exposure in the open toe. Even in the size 5 my big toe barely shows. Recommend, and hope others have an easier time finding their comfortable size.

I fell in love with these shoes when I saw them and thought they would be perfect with slacks. Unfortunately I could not even get the shoes on. I ordered WW because of swelling in my left foot. I was so disappointed to have to return them. It has been extremely difficult to find WW shoes locally and Zappos has been a great shopping source for me, even though I still find that the WW shoes are often out of stock. They must sell out quickly.

I have these exact shoes in a different color, but this paid barely fits and is really snug compared to the black ones I have. I'm going to keep them in the hopes they stretch out, but I was really disappointed with the width.
