I bought the Penny Loafers and put in shiny pennies, I have had lots of compliments and they are very comfortable. Very nice shoes all the way around.

I have difficulty getting a comfortable shoe due to my arthritis. I have continued to reorder the penny loafer because of its fit and comfort.

My husband was wearing a pair of Rockport penny loafers that were at least 20 years old, and they looked it. I finally talked him into letting me buy him a new pair. Well, they fit perfectly out of the box and he's been wearing them every day. I'll let you know how well they lasted, in 20 years!

This is my 2nd pair. I wear them everywhere I'm not outside working with machinery. My 1st pair is showing some wear so I bought my 2nd for dress. I've worn them for years--they cleanup easy and look great even after lots of wear and cleaning. One great shoe,

I bought it in brown and it's a great shade. Not too light, not real dark either. It will go with a variety of things in my wardrobe, from jeans to khakis to some dress slacks. I like the heel and sole for their more traditional look and color too. I need that option in my closet and you might too. Regarding size, they're just a tiny bit wide for me with thin socks but with slightly thicker sock are fine. My feet are a little on the narrow side but Rockport medium is usually just right.

I bought these for my 73 yr old husband as it's a style he likes. Yes, the sole is extremely slippery. I applied non-slip, self-adhesive pads to the bottom of the sole and to the heel. Hopefully they will work as well for him as they do for me on the heels of my Vanelli flats.

This is the second pair I've ordered. The first one came as a tan brown; not as advertised. I didn't say anything. They're good shoes that I can tolerate, but NOT dark brown as advertised. I got a a $7.00 rebate from a previous transaction and decided to press my luck to get the dark brown ones. It worked, but I don't think there are anymore left (when I purchased mine, it showed only 2 left in my size). Based on my previous purchase these are good shoes. Rockport ought to continue this line, but get the color right.

Recently bought these online. I bought it at 9 1/5 Wide and the fit was true to slightly roomier than what I find other companies to call that size. Nice looking and the photos on the site were accurate.

While I love to walk, I have arthritis and circulation problems, which affects my feet. I have difficulty with long walks in most shoes but have found this loafer very comfortable. I have reordered it many times.

The shoe is light and well crafted. As another buyer mentioned there is a slight gap at the back of the heel which be minimized by adding shoe heel strip pads which can be bought at any drug store. Got wide size and fits perfectly.

These are beautiful and comfortable. I've worn Rockports for years and love them but these might be my favorite pair yet. They are dressy enough for sport coats and trousers and casual enough for jeans and they fit as expected. They broke in comfortably in only a few days.
