2 right foot shoes were sent, one the wrong size so not judging the shoe but Zappos. Usually they are great. This time, not so much.

I hate these shoes and wish I had returned them. They are very uncomfortable and too narrow despite the wide designation.

The color advertised was much darker, almost like mahagoni, She is were very light brown almost closer to dark beige

The shoes are absurdly undersized. Because I have wide feet, I ordered the shoes a full size larger than my normal shoe size. Even so, the shoes were too small to put on. Also, the soles are ridiculously thin, so they would wear out quickly.

This would have been my husband's 3rd pair since June 2018. Always ordered dark brown and loved it. However, this time, it's a much lighter, different brown shade that looks like cheap, tough, low-quality leather. The online photo though looks good and that's what previous pairs looked like. Actual one that came just doesn't look good. Same goes for another Rockport shoes we just ordered -- also same style/color as his previous, but new version's leather isn't good. What's going on Rockport? Giving comfort and style 2 stars: comfort - can't leave blank but don't know if it's still comfortable; Style: well , color is very much part of style.

I ordered two Rockports. 12 fit fine in the wing tip. This model is hard to believe made by same company. Could not begin to get my foot in this model even with a shoe horn. Love the look of this shoe. Bummed it won't fit.
