returned. Too narrow

Overall this is a nice shoe, especially appearance wise. The sole is rubber which allows for comfort, but does cheapen the look a little. The look is not formal, but great for a casual. I ordered a size 12, D width and it ran a little small. We needed it for an event and ended up removing the inner lining and they then worked fine.

Decent shoes for the price. They are comfortable and the width feels snug, but not tight. Arch support is somewhere between low and moderate, but still manages to be more than other loafers I have owned.

Nice shoe, BUT.... I the shoe runs at least a full size larger, had to return the original order as they were too bid. The "classic Brown" has a strong heavy burgundy look, but I nice enough shoe and decided to keep.

Nice comfortable shoe, can be dressed up or down. Congac color not as shown in picture, though. Much lighter, almost looked orange in certain light. I returned and went with the dark brown, which is also not as dark- though more traditional. Great show I hope it lasts.

These shoes are comfortable and represent a good value. I am pleased with my purchase, and would buy them again. Zappos was very good about a size exchange.

Nice looking shoe. Ran too narrow though. Forced to give star rating when shoe doesn't fit, that doesn't make sense. Should be able to write, does not apply.

I normally take a size 15, so that is what I ordered. But they run big - even for my feet! Otherwise, they are fine.

I bought 2 Rockport Sneakers walking shoes my size is 10 Wide for last 30 years and my feet were swimming in them. I returned them and got then size 10 but they were still too big and had the same feeling. I just bought 2 Lance boat shoes size 9.5 hopping they will be a perfect fit and they are still too big. In 30 years of buying Rockport shoes I never had a problem with size! FYI

Even though I ordered the same size as last time, the shoes were so much narrower that I had immediate, tremendous pain from the sideways squeezing. My foot still hurts!

The shoe width was narrower than shown. Felt more like a medium width. The shoe size seemed off. I had a 1/2 inch gap between the heel of the shoe and my heel. Going to the next smaller size, with the narrow width of the shoe would jam my toes both to the front and sides of the shoe.

Unfortunately, I had to return these shoes because the of the size. They were apparently about 1/2 size too large for me, and would slip off my heel when I walked. It is sad because this is really a great looking shoe, and really fits well otherwise.

Although labeled as wide, not a wide shoe.

9.5 wide. Length and toe width fine. Heel was too wide. Nice shoe though.

A little bland but good

Before I purchased these I had a pair of Rockport Essential Details in size 13 that fit perfectly and gave me two great years of service. I purchased the same exact size in this style, however this shoe feels easily one size larger. Even with heel grips they slide off of my feet. Forget about running through the airport. I took them on a trip as my only dress shoe without trying them on so now they are unreturnable. Frustrating, but totally my fault. Don’t assume that just because the shoe is from the same brand the sizing is similar. They are sourced from factories all over the world.
