These are unisex flip flops per sizing on drop down menu. Most women’s flip flops don’t have much give in the straps so I tried these but had to return first pair for next size down. Fit is good, slightly loose straps so if you are a gal with wider feet, these may work for you (other women’s flip flops with straps with more give and arch support are New Balance Renew thongs).

Have been on a search for flip flops with arch supports. These are nice unisex flips that can accommodate my high arthritic insteps, my right foot is flat and pronated and larger that my left which is a 10. Sent them back as I should have gotten the size (men’s 9 women’s 10) instead.

The fit is slightly loose, but that's because it's not made in half-sizes. The best part about the shoe is the arch support and heel. It definitely helps relieve pain from plantar fasciitis.

Great flop option for those of us who suffer from plantar fasciitis. I typically wear a half size and order up when half sizing is not available... not these! I had to order a half size down.

These are great for me. Fit perfectly in length, width, and I felt support was great. I have a "chunky" foot. Have plantar fascistic and these were a real find for me. Don't need the length to achieve a perfect fit. May be sloppy for the thinner feet people.

Seems well made. Comfortable with good arch support.

Plantar fasciitis best friend! Only flip flop that my husband can use and walk without pain!

This isn't my first experience with these flip-flops. Years ago I had heel pain while jogging. Went through the transition of purchasing the insoles that you make in an oven then slip them in your shoes and put them on. They worked very well. But I really wanted some flip-flops that would do the same thing. After learning about the Vionic Wave I decided to try a pair and I was not disappointed. At first the arch actually seem to be too much, but after a few minutes I begin to feel some relief. It did not take long and my heel pain was gone. These are not cheap and I would not necessarily recommend it to the average person, but if you have plantar fasciitis and are addicted to open-air shoes, these are certainly worth a try.

I never know between 10 and 11 depending on the shoe. I ordered both and this time the 10 was just right.
