This wave style is not the same as the wave style made by Orthaheel the last few years. In fact all of the Yionic flip flops do not feel the same. They are sacrificing the comfort and support for design. I was excited to see they were bringing in new designs but not after I tried them on. My old ones are so much better.

Wear a 7.5-8 and the 8's seemed big. They were loose across the width. I have PTTD and was hoping these would work, so I could have an alternative to wearing sneakers this summer. They are being returned.

The arch support is extreme and hurts when I walk

Footbed was too hard and arch too tall - made my foot turn outwards - ready for a rolled ankle.

The foot bed was great, but the straps were super loose

I have been using the VIONIC sandal for years (probably my 6th or 7th pair). The last pair I ordered is the same size but much looser. I don't feel near as safe walking in them as I did with prior pairs. Up till this pair, I would have given the sandal a 5 rating.

Maybe the attempt at a unisex shoe is to blame, but I had about a half-inch of space between the strap and my foot. Couldn't keep the sandals on my feet as I walked around my house.

The length seems like it is true to size yet the width of the band around the foot is far too loose. This is the second pair of vionic sandals we have tried and both had the same problem. The straps are so loose that its hard to keep them on your feet which defeats the purpose of them having great arch support because you foot cant keep them on

Unisex sizing doesn't work for me (Women's 11 Medium). Because this is sized for a man's foot it was too big and the straps were too loose so the shoe flopped around. I imagine if it was the correct size and the straps were tighter, then it would a very comfortable flipflop.

Good looking sandal with a very supportive and comfortable footbed, but they have a fatal flaw. The toe strap is really really loose. I even sized down, I’m normally a 13 in shoes but ordered a 12 sandal for a snug fit… and these were still practically falling off my foot every time I took a step. I had to return them.

I have owned several pairs of these of the years... these ran about a size small and had small annoying nubs on the sides of the footbed.

These were very comfortable, except that they were too wide by a lot. I'm sad to have to return them.

Ouch! Hard as a rock. No idea how people wear these- could hardly make it across my living room.

These Vionic's are awful. I don't know if it's just a fluke because I have about 8 other pairs of various styles that are all comfortable. These are much harder; not as spongy. I actually get shin splints from them, if I wear for any length of time, whereas I walk around all day long with my others. Couldn't return because I had already worn outside but won't buy these again!

Calling these Unisex is not accurate. They are clearly men's shoes that are being sold as Unisex, which is ridiculous. The foundation of a man's shoe is much broader than a women's shoe. I have a slightly wide foot but these were still really wide for me. They would never try to sell men on a woman's shoe by labeling it Unisex. I'm annoyed.

I bought the Vionic wave for the arch support, which was good. Unfortunately, the toe post and straps dug into my feet, making them very uncomfortable to wear. Ended up returning them.

Too much room between the footbed and the thongs for my foot. I walked right out of them

I was hoping these would be a great pair of flip flops. I got a size 7 which was too big (I normally take 7). The toe strap was too loose in the 7 so even a smaller size probably would not fit well. I am returning them for another brand.
