Realize this is a unisex sized item, so I needed to call the company to find out which whole size to order since I am usually a 7 1/2 woman size. The size 7 worked. I tried this brand/item after difficulty with PF and a fracture in the large egg-shaped bone in the left heel. My orthopedic foot specialist, who does not wish anyone to wear flip/flops, said this was the only brand he could suggest comfortably. The arch support is good, there is no "cushioning" in the heel, where I need help. I am considering other items of this brand once my fracture is totally healed.

I suggest ordering 1 size down as they run big.

Great support but not the best look.

I have wide feet and am size 9.5. I ordered as directed. They fit and have become more comfortable with wear. I liker them, but wonder if sizing up would have been better for me based on my wide feet. As of now, they are wearable and almost comfortable.

They were very comfortable, but a little long and ended up being very squeaky when I walked.

Comfortable sandal with lots of arch and heel support. I believe they run a little big and/ or wide though. May order a second pair!

These fit half a size smaller. I ordered my husband a size 10 as that is his normal size, they looked half a size smaller, so I am ordering him an 11 to compare the two. The arch is substantial, very noticeable, and very supportive. I have a pair and told him they feel weird at first but after a few minutes of walking you do not notice the pronounced arch. I love mine!

Oh I wish they made these in Wide. Even in flip flops, one width does not fit all! I loved the feel of the arch support, but my feet (women's size 11 wide) hung over the outside edge a lot! Straps were on the loose side, so possibly even in a wide, these might not have given the secure support I need for my plantar fasciitis. I sure want some flip flops, though!

This is the best sandal/flip-flop I've yet found that adequately eases my PF pain *(second only to Birkenstocks). Runs true to size, but a little narrow.

For ladies shoes, these are homely as sin, but they do the trick for a pair of house sandals, and relieve my back pain when I'm doing chores around the house. The top strap is a little bit looser than I would care for, but it's not too much a problem.

These sandals provide the arch support I need. I ordered the model with the adjustable strap, but on the two I tried, there was a rough edge on the sewing linking the fabrics which make the strap. A pair I bought years ago did not do this. I still use them for outdoors. I ordered this pair without the adjustable strap. There is still a bit of a rough edge on the sewing of the strap but not like the other model. Fit is great.

I just unboxed these & immediately felt the superior arch support. I've suffered from pf for years, due to so much time on my feet at work & these sandals are a great relief. The only downside is the toe strap which I assume will fine after I break them in. All in all it is a very comfortable sandals which I would highly recommend.

Shoes were fine. Ordered black and received white...hmmmm. They are headed back, just hope I receive the correct color before vacation.

I ordered 3 pairs of Vionic sandals- the mojave, the wave and the floriana. I especially like the adjustable strap over the instep of the mojave because I have a low volume foot and sandals without adjustable straps are often loose on me. However, there are ridges on the insole of the mojave that pinch the bottom of my feet as I walk! The floriana fit me the best, are the prettiest and have the nicest soft surface on the insole but the straps were a bit narrow with sharp edges and cut into my feet a bit. I ended up keeping the wave, the most basic and least pretty but most functional. All of them have fantastic shaped insole with perfect arch support for my feet.

I wanted to love this shoe as I have several other Orthaheel flip flops. But, I had trouble keeping it on my foot and felt like I needed a back strap or something when walking. Perhaps wider strap would make it feel more secure.

The straps are too long, there is a significant gap between the strap and the top of my foot.

Returning these because the straps are too loose. the shoe bed is really great and very comfortable for my high arches, but the shoes just fly off my feet because the straps are too loose. I'm very surprised, this never happens to me, I have very high arches which means the top of my foot is also high, I sometimes can't get my foot into boots because of this, so straps are always tight on my with flip flops. Definitely a design flaw.

I wanted so much to like these sandals. The fit was fine with the exception of the straps. Unlike my older Vionic Wave sandals, these straps are made for fat feet, which fortunately I don't have!

Liked the flop but unfortunately strap is too loose. Returned.
