I love these shoes! My little guy romps around in them without any problem. The cinder brown color is great to dress up or down. I also love the variety of sizing available for little ones who have wide feet like my guy does. It's so hard to find shoes that are comfortable for him since he has such wide feet. I feel they are well worth the money! I was able to try this product for free thanks to Stride Rite!

We got these shoes for free from a product test site. I measured my daughter's feet before ordering. Adele is picky and choosy when it comes to her foot wear, but she adores StrideRite. These shoes are so well-designed and are very high quality. Adele wears these shoes all the time, at home and at the play ground. Its such a pleasure to watch her grow. We have become StrideRite's No.1 fans! My daughter became a confidant walker almost immediately after wearing Soft Motion shoes. We can't wait to try out other styles of StideRite. We tried many different brands before and now I can't imagine buying a different brand for my daughter. I imagine her brother will be wearing these shoes after her because they are in great shape even though she wears them all the time and everywhere.

Stride Rite Soft Motion shoes have been great for our little walker! We have tried lots of shoes and can definitely say that one size does NOT fit all. From the first day we tried on the Stride Rite shoes I noticed an improvement in the walking of our 1.5 year old. My ONLY complaint is that the color on the Stride Rite website made it look like they would be gray but it turned out to be brown instead. Note: I received a free pair of these shoes to try but it in no way impacted my review.

I received a pair of the soft motion Stride Rite shoes from BzzAgent, this is my honest review. These soft motion stride rite shoes are awesome! My son just started walking and of course, he was a little wobbly and unbalanced. These shoes improved his walking very quickly making it easier to walk on different kind of surfaces. Not only did they help his balance but they are super cute! They are casual enough to wear with jeans and dressy enough to wear for church! I also appreciate the wide sizeds! My son has wide feet, not sidewise but thickness wise, and their sizes made these shoes fit his chubby feet perfectly! Will definitely be recommending this product to my mommy friends!!

I received a free pair of Stride Rite shoes through the company through BzzAgent. My son is 11 months old and I love these shoes! He has fat little feet and they a are so easy to get on. I also love the fact that they Velcro and I don't have to deal with laces coming untied. They give hisbfeet plenty of room, help with stability, and don't squish his toes. I highly recommend them!

Good shoe for our 22mos old Toddler. Looks good, flexible sole and heel construction feels sturdy. Pleased with this Stride Rite shoe for our son.

I was lucky enough to get to try and review with my honest opinion for free from Bzzagent and I have to say compared to other baby shoes these have to be my favorite. My son is a runner as soon as he hit the floor he is gone and with other baby shoes he would constantly fall, mainly because he is still figuring out balancing and pacing himself. As soon as I put the Soft Motion shoes and he went running I could already see a difference in his running and walking. Thanks to the shape, which is slightly more rounded at the bottom compared to other baby shoes, and the extra cushioning in the shoe itself, it helped him stay balance and move a lot better and easier. I also love have easy it was to get these shoes on, I personally got these in a wide and the slide right on without have to wiggle them on or stretch them out which with a wiggle one year old is awesome and because it has a nice cushion in the I can tell he is really comfortable wear these shoes because he doesn't want to take them off. This is definitely a must buy.

Very stylish shoes! I get a lot of compliments from other moms. I love the light weight material, it helps my wobbly toddler pick up his feet easier. He would stumble with anything on his feet, but not these.

I received a pair of these Soft Motion shoes from BzzAgent and Stride Rite free of charge in return for an honest review of my son's experience. First off, let me give you some background on my son and shoes. He hates them. With a passion. We have owned several brands ranging from Vans to Baby Gap and my son NEVER wants to keep any of them on for longer than maybe a minute. My son is 18 months and has been walking since 9 months so he does really well walking bare foot. However, once he gets shoes on he turns into such a klutz and will constantly trip over his feet and land face first on the ground. It also doesn't help that my son is well, a boy, and is super determined to race across the room (thus tripping and falling harder resulting in a small heart attack for Mom!!!) So on to the good news, HE LOVES THESE SHOES!!! First off, we got the extra wide shoes - and were surprised they actually had the super cute ones we wanted in this size! (We always have a hard time finding anything cute with the extra width!) We tried the shoes on him for the first time and I was surprised there was no fussing or squirming! He had a big smile on his face and strutted around the room showing off his new kicks to everyone. I was surprised he didn't reach down immediately after putting them on to take them off either. His walking is WAY better in these shoes and he did not have the issue with tripping and falling over constantly. The next day he wore his shoes to school (he goes to a children's day out program twice a week) and he kept his shoes on all day! His teachers also commented to me how well he was walking in his shoes and that they could finally rest easy and not have to worry about all the face-planting like before! The shoes are very soft and flexible and I may be slightly jealous that my son's shoes look so stylish and feel more comfortable than my own! I'd highly recommend these shoes to anyone - the ONLY con I have is that the Soft Motion brand only goes up to size 6. My son is 18 months and has a very large and wide foot (he's already in size 6 and who knows how long till he'll need to move up a size) so I'm sad that he may not get to wear these shoes for very long! Other than that - I love 'em!

I always feel comfortable purchasing Stride Rite for both my daughter and son. These shoes are cute, flexible, and always mold to the foot.

These shoes are really cute, the photo seems like they're white but they're actually more like a cream color. They are very flexible and my son doesn't try to rip them off like other shoes. He can stand and move just like normal. They seem very well made and I am excited for him to wear these!

Ordered these shoes as first walkers for my little guy. I wasn't sure what size to start with so I guessed and guessed a little too tight! I was able to return and exchange them without issue and the customer service was excellent! The shoes are great quality and look great!

Great comfortable show for a chubby footed 16 months old. I was asked in daycare to bring shoe for overcast and rainy days and this fits the bill perfectly for running on wet grass.

Love these shoes! They are comfortable and great support for my 15 month old. Also, he can't take them off which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.

These are great first shoes! My guy apparently has wide feet (even by chubby baby foot standards) so the wide width was great. He took off running in them like he was barefoot. I am very happy with them!

I have been looking high and low for a pair of shoes for my 1 year old who is just walking. He has a short, chubby foot and many other styles were too shallow to go around his foot or too long in the heel. The 3.5 were a little small and the 4's were just right, with a bit of room to grow into. I love the soles and he can walk in them as good, if not better, than barefoot. Also, even my husband thought they were "cute", a word he rarely uses.

My 15 month old absolutely refused to walk with any shoes on. We had several pair (5, or so) of shoes his size in all different styles, and when we put them on his feet, he would basically play dead and lie down on the floor, as though paralyzed. This went on for three months (he started walking on his first birthday) and finally I found this pair. I put them on his feet, and he immediately took off. They have very soft, flexible soles, so I think that's why he likes them. So happy I don't have to carry him outside anymore! And he really loves the shoes. He wants to wear them. Also they have a very cute, retro look to them.

Even cuter in person. My 14 month old would take off other shoes but keeps these on. Easy on and off. Much better traction than pedipeds. These are my go-to shoes for him.

These are great shoes! They are easy to put on, have very flexible soles, cute looking design to dress up or down, durable, most importantly my son's feet never get sweaty while wearing these shoes which makes them a perfect fit for daycare. I purchased the blue and the brown in 5½ and just reordered in size 6 to accommodate his growing little feet because that is how great these shoes are.

These shoes are lightweight, yet sturdy and malleable with great traction for the crawler and or newly walking baby. Highly recommended!

These shoes my 2 year old outgrew and are in good enough condition for my baby boy to grow into. He has exceptionally difficult to fit chubby feet and it was a godsend when I finally found these. Excellent buy!

These are fantastic for little boy feet that are a little wide or chubby. They work with a variety of outfits and I am buying one size bigger now to replace the ones he is growing too big for. My 18 month year old has worn ONLY these shoes since starting to walk at one year and nothing is really worn out yet and I have even washed them a couple times in the washing machine.
