I usually wear the Alegria Debra but I have this style a try and was disappointed. The shoe felt flat and I felt my weight more in the ball of my foot rather than balanced as in the Debra. I can't wear Danskos because of that same reason. I like the color of this shoe but it just didn't work.

Order a whole size up! Nice shoe but need to be made for wide widths! Where are the wide widths? Zappos great as usual, the shoe choice needs improvement.

Runs large. Who knows if this shoe would work? It was over one size large. Even with an orthotic over the insole, my heel didn't touch the back.

This is the second pair of Alegrias I have tried and returned. The foot bed is extremely comfortable, but both the Paloma and the Keli found different spots on my foot to hurt. The Keli, for some reason was extremely painful across the top of my foot. Plenty of room in the toe box, and through the instep, but the padded throat was so tight I couldn't try them for more than a minute or two. A shame, as it was the only place on the shoe that did not feel good. The Paloma rubbed a totally different spot on the inside of the foot. I guess they just aren't for me.

These shoes fit me better than any other brand, but they are the worst main shoes I’ve ever purchased in my entire life. The top of the shoe got almost immediately scuffed when they were a week old and I’ve tried using shoe polish on it to no avail. But worse, the soul of the shoe is falling off in chunks, like the rubber is literally melting, although I have not been standing on any hot surfaces. I just wear them to work and I work in an office and all I’ve ever done is walk across a parking lot about 25 feet across to get inside. No idea why the soles look like this. I have another pair of Alegria shoes and the seams and stitching are coming unraveled and fraying. So disappointing as these were expensive shoes. If I ever buy this brand again, they will only be for house shoes. I hope they start to make them better.

First of all, Zappos delivery time was amazing ! Less than 24 hours and I live in the hinterlands ! Too bad these shoes didn’t fit. It’s hard to describe the fit. The width was ok in the toe box but was too wide at the instep and heel, making my foot come out when I walked. Also the foot length of the 41 felt more like a 40. I have to return them.

Very comfortable shoes however they did not last 6 months. Started falling apart quickly. For that price they should last much longer. Not worth the money buyer beware.

Much smaller than how most sz 44 shoes fit me. Further, the translation of 44 to 14 seems quite off at well.

I really wanted to like these, but they were not (W) wide as the box said. As far as I can tell, they were medium width.

Leather design lovely & leather interior too. BUT the heel area was so wide that the shoe flopped if I took a step. Returned.

The toe box height is to short from top to bottom, it pressed on my big toe.

Beautiful shoe but too small and the wide was narrower than a normal width shoe.

Shoes squeaked every time my wife walked for the cost horrible shoes.

I wanted to like these shoes. Unfortunately, the color scuffed right off. Also noticed that my back was sore on days when I wore these shoes.

True to size and true to width. However, they look very orthopedic. Sadly, I will return.

unfortunately these were too big.. I ordered a size down but they were too short. So glad Zappos has such a great return policy

I had high hopes for these shoes to help with my foot pain from standing and walking on hard surfaces a lot, but they were not the right shoe for me. The heel sat back a bit from my foot as they were slightly too large for me and they gave me a huge blister within an hour. They also caused both my knees to hurt when I walked around in them. Felt heavy and clunky on my feet. Outside had an oddly sticky feel to them.

Shoe was pretty comfortable at first, but only had them about 6 months and the metallic print is wearing off horribly and the back of the shoe seems to be wearing out as well. For the cost I would have liked to get more than 6 months out of them

Rather heavy and clunky. The heel rubs, and the elastic gussets in the sides have seams that rub even with socks. Disappointing.

I need a size 13 AA; these were a "regular" width which appeared to be about a B, much too wide for me. Style lacked pizzaz.

I ordered 42 and its too short and narrow. sending back. Arch feels great in it though. Wish they would have worked.

I wanted to love these shoes because they were so comfortable and supportive. However the footbed and toe area fit slightly tight and my toes were right at the end but weirdly my heel slipped out every time I took a step. So basically the front part of the shoe was slightly small but the back part too big so it's not going to do me any good to order a size up if my foot is already coming up out of the back.

These were so, so comfortable and really nice looking. I have flat fee and pain in the balls of my feet. When I put these one I felt instantly supported and comfortable. I wanted to love them but the size wasn't quite right. I normally wear a 6. The 36 (6-6.5) in this style was too big and the 35 (5-5.5) was too small. If you can find the right fit on these, I highly recommend.

The back of the heel wore out right away, which could have been because I ordered a size too large. But the smaller size did not fit me right, either. Beware of these shoes if your size is around 9 or 9.5 US.
