I liked them-felt the arch support was adequate. Wish it came in a narrow-would have been perfect.

I absolutely love the look of this shoe. I wear a 13 wide and due to reviews reporting they run small, I ordered a 14 wide. This is still about as small as I can tolerate. I am going to keep them and hope they break in and loosen up. My concern is with the foot imprint in the bottom of the shoe. When I am sitting, my foot fits into the imprint but the second I stand or walk, my foot is beyond the imprint, which is slightly uncomfortable. Fingers crossed that they break in well.

These were comfy when I tried on but noticeably worn when I received them. I will return and get hopefully a “new” pair.

The insoles for theses shoes are so thick that when I removed them to put in my custom orthotics the fit was way too big. I had to return them. If you can wear as is, I think they’re true-to-size.

I have ordered and returned multiples of different brands and styles of clogs trying to find one that will stay on my feet. I always wear a medium width but all brands and styles including this one have left me walking out of the shoe. I'm sure they are fantastic if they fit but they don't fit me. I have to have a shoe that has a removable insole so I can use the orthotic insole my doctor gave me. I really wish one of these companies would realize that people who need removable insoles might also need a narrow width if they are going to make their medium width equivalent to other companies' wide widths. Give those of us who actually wear a medium width an equivalent option to order! There just isn't anything... so back theses went like all the others and the search goes on (but not for this type of shoe unfortunately).

I was excited to get my first pair of Alegria shoes, however, disappointed once I tried them on. They fit well and have a good arch support but when I tried to walk in them, the shoes tilt my feet to the outside. So, unfortunately, I'll be returning them. Will look for another supportive shoe to try as I'm on my feet for hours every day.

I normally wear a 9 in Clark's so I ordered a 39 which your drop down says is 9/9.5. They are way too small as my toe hits. When I use the sizing chart, it says 9 is a 42! What size should I try next? My foot is a little narrow, and the overall feel of the shoe is good.

I bought these shoes for working in a kitchen (no mats, concrete floors all day long). At first they seem comfortable...they stay on my feet and they don’t fall off my feet when walking like those Birkenstock Pro kitchen clogs. However, they haven’t matched anywhere near the comfort of the Birki Pro’s. My feet hurt badly by the end of every work day when I’m wearing the Alegrias. They just don’t have good support for standing all day. I’m sure they are good for general daily life, but not for serious restaurant work, in my opinion.

I loved this clog and decided to risk buying shoes online. That's always iffy for me and it didn't work out this time. The inside upper pressed on my toes, rubbing off the skin. This was only on the right shoe which also seemed a little shorter than the left. I kept hoping they would stretch out when out of the box but they didn't. I usually wear a 6 or more commonly a 6.5 & occasionally a 5.5. A 7 is always too big. Returned the shoes.

I am a true size 8 and these shoes are definitely a size too small. Removing the thick insole makes the shoes into big boats, so not an option to remove for a better fit/comfort.

I think these are cute shoes even if they are on the funky side and I had high hopes after reading all the good reviews but they did not work for me. I needed a little more toe box depth on one foot and one foot was to long but that is because there is 1/2 size difference in my feet. I was hoping that this would be the slip on shoes that would work for me but they just didn't make the cut. I have come to understand I think that they only way I can have a shoe that works out for my width it will have to be a laceup.

I have wide feet, BUT I couldn't even get my foot in seriously. I have no idea how they are wide when you can't get your foot in. So I cannot even give a complete review on size or support.

The color is brighter than expected not suitable for my work environment. I was looking for something more interesting than plain black but this is too shinny.

Not as soft in heel area for heel pain compared to Dansko shoes. Returned to order another Dansko style

Alegria sizing is much larger than other European sizing. Will try 1 size down, hope toe box is not too short as is the case with other Alegria shoes.

These are not a good style for a narrow foot; the heel slips up and down constantly. Also even with socks the seams at the elastic inserts rub my feet.

Very tight fit, Not sure I am going to keep these.

Tried them on and toe bumped the top not front of the shoe due to curve top of shoe. Nice looking but not comfortable with the thick cushion inside

Cute pattern but overall I thought my feet looked wide. Also, the toe box was uncomfortable even though the length was right.

I liked the style, but they were uncomfortably tight on me. Decided to go with another shoe.

People say these are like Dansko clogs, but they don’t have nearly the support. Very nice and comfortable, but I have plantar fasciitis and these don’t help me at all like Dansko’s do.

I was quite disappointed when these shoes arrived, they are sooo pretty. My daughter has an identical pair, and she said they were the most comfortable shoes she has. At the time of the order on your web site, I bought the recommended size, 9-9.5, EU size 39. All of my other Alegria shoes, (with velcro straps) are 9-9.5, as well as the Altra running shoes. This clog was an exception. Even with thick warm, winter socks, I would step out of them with each step. Sadly, the "Goth Cutie" in the next smaller size is out of stock. (I requested a notification if or when they are available again) I did order another pair, in a different color in a size 38, and they fit fine. (with thinner socks) I seem to be in between sizes. I am very pleased with my size 38 shoes, returned the 39's. I did; however, try to interest friends and family in the size 39 Goth Cuties, but no-one was interested in spending $129 for them.

There was just something off and uncomfortable for me with this shoe. That being said, the fit was right, and the color was gorgeous, a beautiful fish scale pattern. The quality seemed very good, with nice thick material, it felt like it was made to last.

I'm a size 8 and this was too large. Heel slipped off my foot. Loved the color and was sorry it didn't fit properly.

First time trying this maker...well made shoe, excellent arch support, cushy foot bed. But, I found the heel cup to be too wide and my long, 3,4,&5 toes were hitting the front of the shoe because of the way it's angled. Just not right for my feet.
