Very nice belt. The first I think I've had such a closure and I, uhm, can't see it when I'm fastening/unfastening it-no video, you are welcome! That said, I've not had a problem and like it's width and strength. My waist is 42" and I got the large which fits allowing for a few inches of overlap. I have a leather belt with a buckle that set the standard for comfort which is why this got a 4. I would buy again.

The Admiral is a beautiful color, navy fabric and pale metallic bluish buckle and less noticeable logo. Quality and function is top notch. 34-36in pants and a medium belt fits perfect. I am hoping they come out with a black fabric and silver buckle (and no ugly logo). It would be a great alternative to leather for business causal settings.

I ordered a second one of these belts I was so impressed with the first. I think the combination of two different materials make this belt non slip. Well done Arc'teryx!

Couldn't believe how great this belt fit, feels and looks. It will not fail you , I've done everything from mountain climbing to kayaking with this belt and it didn't slip once, not even a millimeter. When I first received it a year ago I thought wow, this is a very sturdy/ rigid belt it might not be very comfortable. I was wrong , I don't even realize I have it on until it's time to take it off.

My favorite belt. Looks good and is comfy. Stays put along with your pants. Have in multiple colors.

The best belt I've ever owned. It's rigid enough to allow to attach a knife and/or a flashlight and once cinched down, it holds the tension very well. My only complaint is that I wear size 30 pants and the small size is still a bit too long.

Superb quality belt that will last. Sizing is good, im a 32 inch waist and I bought the small and fits just right.

Really a nice belt. I wear a 34 in Levis and the medium is perfect. Retention on the belt ismsolid with no slip. This is also not a soft floppy material but nice and firm. Not quite at the level of a tactical belt but solidly holds a holster or knife. Very happy... may grab another color.

Being a bit of a gear snob, I've got some pretty fancy gear by some pretty fancy brands but this belt was a great introduction to the Arc'teryx brand. I've never had the belt slip and it's just as good today as it was when I bought it.

Honestly the best belt I have ever owned. It doesn't warp, no belt holes to stretch out and it doesn't slip!

Great belt I've had mine for a little while, I sized large as my waist tends to fluctuate between 33-36 inches as I cut or bulk. The belt fits me fine, but I am noticing that even around 34 inch waist there is a bit more material than what I would like (this is my own thing as sizing down to a medium would have been perfect for my smaller waist). I've used it for pretty much anything, hiking, casual wear with khaki's everyone has really liked the belt that's seen it. The build is typical arcteryx (well built and unlikely to fail). It is a bit burly but nothing major overtime I assume it might soften a bit but so far it's just as stiff as it originally was when I fist purchased it. But I do like that strength as It's unlikely to slip when loading it with a knife. The friction holding the belt down is also real nice so far I haven't had any issues with it. The clasp does sit relatively flush on the waist so it wont poke into your stomach when sitting and leaning forward. It's also relatively lightweight thanks to the aluminum. Overall I'd say if you're looking for a belt that can serve multiple purposes then this would be the one.

A friend recommended the belt to me because ots comfortable while using a backpack. I have not used it with a backpack yet but the belt has become my daily belt - at work and for outdoor activities. Stylish enough for use at work.

This is just the perfect belt, i can use it for any casual occasion, or when i go to the mountain on a quest. The durable materials make it perfect for lasting under any conditions. It is very stylish, and it adjusts perfectly to the waist.

I love this belt, It is so easy to use. It does not slip at all. It does not catch on my pant loops. I got the admiral color and it looks super nice. not too flashy for the outdoors, and nice enough for a business casual dress. it is an all around amazing belt. best one I had .
