I am not sure if they changed the sizing on this sandal or something, but it fits much wider than my other Birkenstock’s. Even with the straps tightened as much as they can be, it’s still too wide. Docked it a star due to the wide width. Will be exchanging for the narrow width.

I read the reviews so I ordered a half size smaller and they were a half size too small. I am typically an 8-8.5 and if I ordered that size they would have fit better at the top of the toes (my outer toes were crushed up against the top. I have longer toes so maybe someone with shorter toes would not have an issue. I did order the narrow as per the reviews and I think that would have been ok even though I have a regular to slightly wide foot on the top. Also, I only walked around a bit before sending them back but the straps seemed stiff. So unless they get broken in easily I think they may have dug into the top of my foot. The white style was really nice and made well.

I originally ordered the regular width, but exchanged for the narrow. The narrow width fit perfectly and I think they stretch overtime. The customer service agent was wonderful. The only concern was that I didn’t receive a box with the replacement.

Great shoe;however, I didn’t receive a box. :( I originally ordered the regular fit, but returned them for the narrow fit. I have small rather narrow feet and I am pleased with them thus far.

Since I have flat feet I over pronate . I needed something with arches and provide stability when walking. I walked around my home for 2 days was in so much pain decided to return . Very disappointed. The search is still on to find shoes that is comfortable and provide stability.

Definitely a lovely product! Felt a little bit big so I’ve ordered one size down to try and compare. High quality product though and the white is a nice bright white

Super cute but I had to return because they were way too big.

I am a true to size women’s 7.5. I have Suede Birks in a size 38 that fit perfectly. The 38 regular in these white ones were way too wide on the smallest buckle and even looked about a 1/2 size too long. I am going to try the 38 narrow.

my left foot fit in the shoe wierdly. i got blisters from both shoes but i’m sure once i break into them they will feel better.

I should have listened to the reviews and gotten these in narrow! I had to exchange them. I have not had Birkenstock sandals before, so I am still getting used to walking in them.

Had to go down a full size in these to get proper heel fit. Lots of people wear theirs huge and I don’t know how they do it. I’m still in the break in period but they’re adorable and great for my dislocated tendon.

Let’s put it this way, if your foot is has wide has it is long then order medium width. If not, order the narrow or you will look like you are wearing snowman sandals!

After adjusting the buckles several times, I found the right fit. Getting more comfortable each day.

These are very cute but the pvc that the straps are made of ends up wearing to look cheap unlike the leather Birkenstocks wear and look nice even with age. They are pretty wide on their own as well so if your foot is narrow at all, likely need the narrow width

My daughter loves it .

I ordered narrow at first and had to return for regular width. The narrow was a tad too narrow for my foot. The regular width fits pretty good. I’ve got plenty of room (almost too much room) in the shoe. But I really like it and it’s pretty comfortable

Originally bought these for my daughter in regular width size 9-9.5. The shoes were big on her lengthwise so we returned them for a size down-8.8.5 but they were out of the regular width. I read lots of the reviews from people about the narrow width and that it was more a good fit as opposed to the regular fit so we ordered the narrow width. Turns out it was a great decision; my daughter had no idea they were the narrow width and she liked that her foot fit well in them and the 8-8.5 size did fit her nicely. You really can't go wrong with Birkenstock shoes anyway because of the comfort level.

Classic look, love it. I have a black pair in medium width that I wear with the straps on the smallest buckle holes and are still too big. I was happy to see these come in narrow. Fit is perfect, I can wear my size 40 on the middle buckle holes. Was surprised when I realized the white straps are synthetic leather.

These are adorable. Pair them with black skinnies or denim cutoffs and you have a very hip look.

Simply put, I love these! My teen and tween children each have a pair, so I finally treated myself to my first pair of real Birkenstock sandals. Where I live, Madison, WI, wearing Birkies is practically required in our liberal, tree-hugging town. I pound my feet in heels at work, and athletic shoes when I run, and it's time to start wearing a more comfortable and healthy shoe at all other times. I am loving my first pair of Birkies, and should not have waited so long. Thanks Zappos!
