Perfect height, perfect color (not a dark navy but a little pop of blue), and extremely comfortable if you want to wear heels and not sacrifice your comfort. These were for business attire and cocktail attire and complemented both outfits well. The front of the shoe isn't too narrow and there was no breaking in - comfortable from day one!

Very happy with these shoes! I ordered the wine suede in a size 8 and they were very true to size...even with the pointy toe. For heels, they were very comfortable from the start (as comfortable as heels can be, hence the 4 stars) Loved the color and style. Nine West makes a great shoe. My husband even said I should get more shoes like this.....What's not to love about that?

Nine West fits my skinny, flat, 8 1/2 foot so very well. The nude is so perfect for winter when white will not do.

It's hard to find a reasonably priced shoe with my size foot. I can only order online. When I do, it's nice to not have to return shoes because they don't fit. Not only do these fit perfectly, they fit my narrower heel, without slipping off, but have room for stretching out for wider heels. Overall I am extremely happy with both the shoe and its price.

Nice heel height, and good color, but ran a little big - my feet slipped in the shoes.

These shoes are gorgeous, and I hate sending them back. I got these to wear to a wedding -- perfect plum color to match my dress, perfect heel height (can't wear 3" heels anymore), and perfect, classic style. But they are SO tight at the widest part of the foot (where toes meet the main body of the foot, the metatarsals) that my foot felt strangled. I would not last an entire day in them, and especially dancing. I see so many positive reviews that don't mention this, so it could be that my foot has changed over the recent years (I'm 61) and maybe is a little wider than it was even a few years ago. It's not a case of needing the next size, since I tried a size 7 on in a department store and it was too long with a gap in the back. They did not have a 6-1/2 (my normal size) so I ordered these from Zappos. I wish I could make them work for me because they really are beautiful and a very good price too for such excellent quality.

This is one adorable red shoe. I actually said, "ooh" as I pulled them out of the box! My forefoot is pretty wide, and, unfortunately, the Margot didn't accommodate my feet. Regretfully, I'm sending them back. I hope someone else can wear them--they are too cute not to be worn!

Loved the style and it felt true to size. However, the "dark brown leather" is so dark I would have thought it was black. The picture definitely reflects the true color, I was just hoping it would be a bit lighter and more noticeably brown in person.

This is a great shoe. Originally ordered my true size which is a 9. Too big. Sent back and ordered an 8 1/2. Perfect!

Wheee!! I am in love with my new blue suede shoes! I'd recently purchased this same shoe in the neutral shade, and honestly wanted a different style. I tried a Ralph Lauren pair, but these are so comfy I had to say yes to Nine West again! Plus, did I mention they are suede?!! I also ordered the navy patent, but they just didn't grab me like the suede. These are the darker of 2 blue suede pairs shown for this style, and are called navy suede, but honestly, that pic does not do them justice. They truly are a lovely dark navy. As always, Zappo's rocks! (But don't step on my blue suede shoes) :-)

These shoes are beautiful! Everything about them is perfect except they don't match my dress -- so they have to go back. Tempted to return the dress and keep the shoes!

Beautiful dark navy blue patent leather pumps. A great mid height-not too high but not too low. I got them for a wedding I attended and the shoes were appropriately styled. Very comfortable and a good price. Keep in mind, these are very shiny, being patent leather and all ;)

I am head over heels (LOL!) in love with Zappos! I ordered 11 pairs of shoes before I chose these. 1. They are leather! 2. Heel height is not a killer, yet the skinny heel makes them look like they are! 3. Nicely padded inside, with a perfect nude color on outside. 4. VERY sexy shoe - a pointed toe, which I wanted, but not a painful point. And just a small amount of toe cleavage. 5. I almost always wear an 8, but when wearing stockings I need a 7.5 to keep my heels from slipping. These pumps are still very comfortable in the smaller size, and I can wear them without stockings if I want and still not be in pain. Where else could you order so many pairs and continue to receive fabulous service? These are the perfect shoe, and you're getting them fast with free shipping and free returns! Tell one and all.... Zappos is the only place to buy shoes!!!

I'm not a fan of heels in general and struggle to find ones that are comfortable enough for all day wear. These were PERFECT. They not only look great, they're comfortable enough to keep on all day, even with a good amount of walking. My first day wearing them, I walked probably 2 miles without a single blister forming. I think I just found my new go-to pair of dress shoes.

These shoes were perfect. I ordered my usual size and they fit, were comfortable and looked great with the denim dress I wore along with a gold cuff bracelet. It was hard to find a pair like this until I checked Zappos!

I bought these in Natural Leather 1. The first pair I received were sent back because the heel color was very different than the shoe color. Zappos was awesome and made a quick and easy exchange. The second pair was perfect. Shoe is a great value for the price and looks so good too.

Loved these shoes, especially for the price. Very sleek looking and the heel height was perfect (not too high). They were somewhat tight after walking in them a few hours. Am hoping they will give a little more as I wear them more, since they are leather.
