Very good looking shoe, nice quality. My feet kept sliding forward so by the end of day, my feet were killing me. Love the shoe, just don't wear all day. Just to dinner and back. Maybe it was too wide for me.

Extremely comfortable. Heel is low enough that I can work all day in them and be comfortable. Photo doesn't show it, but the material is calf-hair, so the hairs can get pulled back sometimes. Otherwise a great shoe!

Beautiful shoes, the fit was true to size for me. I don’t wear heels often, but needed something for concerts on stage that I can actually walk in. Wore them for a 2hr rehearsal right out of the box and they felt great right up to the end - they did start to rub the sides of my heels but I think it’s just part of breaking in & will wear bandaids until they soften up.

Fit & size were great - just a tiny bit too high so returning and keeping the option that was 1/4 in lower which is perfect for me!

I love Nine West. I can dependably order a 6.5 and they will fit perfectly. Except for these - they were just too small. Love the style (wore out a very similar pair after years of wear) and quality, just didn't fit right.

Love, love these shoes. I only like to wear comfortable heels and these shoes are perfect for me. I have to break them in but that is why I only buy leather because I know they will soften and stretch with wear. I want to point out that my shoes were delivered to an old address and Zappos customer service made sure to send me a replacement pair. Stars to Zappos customer service.

This is a very attractive shoe with a nice size heel. I usually wear a size 5 and it was too small. I returned it for a size 5 1/2. I received the shoe and it is still uncomfortable. It runs very narrow.

I wear these shoes all day long, 10 hours a day and I’m constantly on my feet. My feet now hurt after a long day at work. This is my 4th pair of these shoes, I’ve ordered them in so many different colors. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a shoe that they can wear all day long but still wants to look professional.

I have always worn and loved Nine West pumps and these did not disappoint me. The fit is comfortable and the shoe is beautiful on. The heel height is perfect - not short but not too high. I love this shoe and am very happy with my purchase.

So, these are great! I bought them for work and wore them for a 12 hour shift and did great in them. I will admit the heel is a bit narrow and I wound up with blisters on both feet in the exact spot--inner heel. However, this is par for the course for me. I almost always get a blister or two in a new pair of shoes. I waited 5 days for my feet to heal up and wore them for another 12 hour shift and they felt fantastic and are completely broken in. I have gotten SO many compliments. They look like a much more expensive shoe than they are. The heel height is perfect and looks great with slacks and even better with a skirt. I love these and highly recommend them.

How do you make a girl happy? With these shoes! I absolutely love them! Comfort,quality and above all...style! A reasonable heel height works all day. recently hit a streak of fetching a compliment every where I go with these!

Very comfortable. Fits true to size. Not much ventilation so they can slip off easily, but virtually blister free!

Weird because I bought a the Pewter color (at department store) and they fit perfectly fine! Black was sold out at the store so I was happy to see it offered with Zappos. To my surprise, the black color shoe fit tight! Why is the black leather shoe a tighter fit in the same size? I wear a 13m, and it's so frustrating to expect the same fit in the same shoe and not have that happen.

The natural leather is super cute and will go with anything. My toes are slightly crammed but I'm currently bloated so...other than that I'm getting them in another color.

These are such comfortable heels. I wear them the whole day in the office with lost of running around even on concrete and they've been pleasant even at the end of the day. I love them.

I was looking for a pair of basic black pumps with a medium heel. Most of my pumps have a 3" heel and as I get older I'm having trouble with lower back pain and the high heels don't help! But I still want an attractive pump to wear with skirts. So I took a chance on these pumps and they are perfect! Very comfortable for waking around the office all day. Toe is not too pointy and the 2.5" heel height is just right. Highly recommend these.

The Nine West Margot is the pump to wear if you like wearing a heel to work, it fits very comfortable I am a fan of this shoe because I love wearing heels to work so this is the perfect heel. I recommend it.

You can never fail with a simple little black pair of pumps from Nine West! My second pair!
