Cute looking shoe, and the other reviews made me think that this shoe would be comfortable as well. I just simply won't wear shoes that are uncomfortable. These were pretty terrible, too wide in some parts, too narrow in others. No arch support for my foot, and I didn't find the foot bed to be particularly comfortable or cushy. I tried a pair of Clarks with similar style which while they didn't fit me quite right were 10 times more comfortable.

As cute as these looked in the picture, the sole was not wide enough for my medium foot. The style tended toward "old lady" once I got them home.

SHORT-LIVED LOVE STORY: I LOVED this shoe right out of the box. Perhaps I over-loved it. Within a couple of months (in a wrm weather climate), the inner sole became smelly - it's a sort of manmade suede which absorbs sweat, I think. Within 6 months the inner sole had completely rotted away making them unwearable. I was disappointed that these did not last longer for the price! The exterior had better wear - and still looks perfect. Previously I loved the Softspots Tatiana - the inner sole on these is fine, but the little straps start to fray pretty quickly, and if you don't trim them, they look a little ratty before too long.

The style is awesome and the heel cup so cute. But the t-strap is a bit long and the leather at the toe was stiff leading to a rub on the outside of my little toe. Ouch!

I thought these looked cuter in the pictures than on myself...so I wasn't too pleased with how they looked in person. I also felt they hit my heel funny...meaning when I walked, it just didn't feel right on the sole under my heel - like the last was tilted too high in back or something. Disappointed the comfort just wasn't there for me. Sent back.

These shoes are very good-looking, but much too narrow for me. The t-strap is uncomfortable, even at the loosest point, and the toe box squishes my toes. This is my first pair in the brand, and unfortunately I have to return them.

In no way were these narrow. The quality of the leather was also sub par.

In no way is this shoe a narrow. It fit like a medium. Terrible fit. The leather is thin and poor quality.

The photo of the shoe is the correct color, but it is not navy as described!

The reason I am return these shoes, I do not like the color. Suppose to be navy, but they are not what I call navy.

I had purchased this same shoe in a 9 narrow a few years ago. The shoe fit perfectly which is why I purchased the same shoe in a different color. I ordered the narrow but when I tried it on it was way too wide. It wasn't marked 9N inside the shoe like my previous pair is marked, but the box indicated it was a 9N. I had to return the shoes as I could not safely wear them.

They were not very comfortable due to the fact that I have problems finding shoes that are comfortable.

These shoes are so comfortable when I lost all of my shoes in a fire these were the first to be replaced. I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes keep my feet comfortable while still looking professional to wear with slacks or dresses.

The shoes were too tight and the sides of the sandal dug into my feet. They are cute and I was disappointed that they did not fit. The shoes were just uncomfortable.

Not happy with how expensive these sandals were since they were supposed to be for people with wider feet such as myself. I could not get my foot in these or the black ones I ordered.

I thought this was a cute casual/dressy black shoe, The cute shoe became ugly the moment i opened the box. The sole is tan and is about 1/4 inch thick and rises to about 1/2 inch thick and is visible along the side of the shoe. It may be a comfortable shoe but this tan sole does nothing for this shoe. I was very surprised and disappointed that this was a Rockport Cobb Hill shoe. I will be returning them,

I take size 7W & these are much longer than standard size 7.

This item is true to size and width, but the color is off from what is described. It came in as distinctly GOLD; whereas "Pewter" implies greyish/silver (which is what I need to blend with my son's wedding party)! DISAPPOINTING!
