Inconsistent sizing. I had a pair of these that I ordered several years ago, when they were Rockport. So I recently ordered several more pair in different colors. The tan is just too wide, while the navy is OK. Disappointing, since the tan is the most useful color.

These are lovely, well made sandals and I appreciate the closed toe to avoid overexposing my aging tootsies; but the narrow width was swimming on me and the adjustable strap was of no use in making them more secure on my feet. Inseritng insoles is not an option with the footbed exposed. Had to return. I think "narrow" should mean narrow!

I returned them because the color was nearly white. I wanted more of a toned down color. Comfort was great. The look of the heel with this shoe was just awkward to me, but the heel felt stable. I just did not like the color at all.

I bought a pair of these shoes a couple of years ago and loved them. Great fit. Thought I would buy it in black and cream. Both pair are too wide. Why would you change the sizing of these shoes?

I own eight pair of this style shoes and up until the most recent two I purchased they have been awesome shoes. The new ones have been redesigned some what and are awful. They run much bigger, the toe is more pointed instead of being rounded like they were before, and they aren't as padded inside either. It's like an entirely different shoe, but definitely NOT AN IMPROVEMENT!!! You've ruined a wonderful product.

Wanted to like these shoes, especially because they were in narrow sizes. But when I got them and put them on, I realized that the toe was narrow, but the "pattern" although narrowing the toe, didn't narrow the heel. The interesting look of the heel straps was not narrow at all, but were wide enough that the straps crumpled around the heel of my foot. The shoe was attractive when I stood up straight, but as soon as I moved or sat down and relaxed my foot, the leather straps no longer fit my foot, but crumpled. I think the shoe would have fit better if the heel was just one strap, not a cluster of straps. Returned.

Shoes had very good padding and arch support. I ordered medium width because I have average feet. However, the heel bed was so narrow that the shoe felt unstable when I put weight on it.

The arch was in the right place but the shoe seemed short from the arch to the back heel. Not sure if it is a whole 1/2 size short but for me a tad too short. The strap was also short, I dont have thick ankles but I agree with other reviewers that have said it seems the straps on many shoes are made shorter than they used to be. They look nice but just do not fit me good.

Great look for me. The toe box is a little tight. Top of the toe blister if worn for too long. An 8 N usually fits well, this pair is just a bit short.
