Love these - great neutral color and style goes with everything. Great height lends comfort, too. Definitely needed 1/2 size larger, since strap on side snaps - not adjustable buckle as most sandals. Exchange was quick and simple. Recommend this shoe - but do consider 1/2 size larger.

I just love this style of shoe! The biggest disappointment I found with them was that the heel straps are not adjustable to accommodate minor size variations. The straps were way to short to wrap around the back of my heel completely at all!! It would have been sooo easy to make it 1 inch longer with extra snap positions along the way for comfort and fit. Most size 11 shoes fit me perfectly! I would call the limited strap length a very sad design flaw and sadly back they must go!

The Upper is wayy to large for my foot, I have long narrow feet and usually run true to size unless I need a running shoe. Don't even think sizing down will help so I have ot return. It literally falls off my foot as it is not adjustable at all! I can see how the upper over time will not look so nice because it is a large smooth leather covering most of the foot and ankle

This is not the shoe it claims to be. I have what was supposed to be the same pair in black, which I purchased at the Steve Madden store (for the same price). I wear Steve Madden frequently because I know an 8.5 will fit, every time. I loved the black pair so much that I came to Zappos to get another color. This time I chose Natural. 1) the 8.5 didn't fit 2) the heel was a different height 3) the snap closures on the Zappos pair were junky compared to the ones I purchased at the Steve Madden store 4) was either manufactured somewhere else or not real Steve Madden. If you aren't comparing across colors or this is your first pair of this style, you may be fine.
