One shoe is visibly bigger than the other. I'm leary to exchange them in case it happens again.

The Crocs are great but the speed at which the order was processed and shipped was horrible. These shoes arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order, I will not be ordering from their website again and will choose to just buy them in a local store.

These crocs run way big and because they are clearance we are now stuck with them. Customer service was not helpful, very disappointed.

Unfortunate for some reason CROCS has changed their fit. Have bought many clogs Previously with no problem. Now they're way too wide. Cant get any clogs in even relaxed fit....all roomy.

Usually love these but within a couple weeks the camoflauge is peeling right off..

Very disappointing. My order was. Cancelled with no explanation . Later after me contacting the company they told me the crocs were out of stock. These were Christmas presents so we were very unhappy. If they would have told me upfront I could have ordered different ones but was not even given that option

Purchased a Men's size 12 for my husband. The bottom says 12M but they are at least 2 sizes smaller than the last size 12 M I bought. I have sent emails to customer service and received NO reaponse.

It was the same size that he normally wears but they were too small. Had to exchange at the croc store which is 45 min away.

Thought it was womens size 9 but it wasn't they are too big now so it's great

Dont fit good

Maybe good if they fit me, but I should have read and ordered a size down. Gave em away to someone who loves 'em and on whose foot they fit.

I'm not very pleased at all. I bought a pair several years ago that fit great. But these new ones are way to tight and narrow. They are the same size as my previous pair but apparently they've gone cheap and tried to save material by making them smaller than they should be. If I go a size bigger they are way too long. Not happy with the changes.

I ordered a mens size 12 and the womens size on it says size 11. They were a gift for someone and they fit like a mens 9 on a male who wear a mens size 12. Trying to get an exchange but no luck yet...

Stood in some water, and the pattern came off

Must have gotten a pair of incorrect seconds, the strap on the left shoe is too long, mismatched for the shoe size. It far too loose and flops up and down when wearing shoes. Obviously made for a larger size. Made in Vietnam, poor QC.

Terrible fit and craftsmanship. I was disappointed. They weren't anywhere near as well made as my last pair. I sent them back.

Of course prdict is great but took long to get here.

Size was off

Product was a totally different size then previous pair I own now even though it was marked the same size. Very disappointed. Returned item. Do not buy via internet. Cost you money to return. Try them on at a store to assure fit.

These did not fit my wide foot and costs more to return them than it is to just give them away.

The finish is already come off the toes of the shoe

Bought these as aback up to replace a pair that have for a log time. The fit is just not right . Way too tight . Still wearing the old pair that are great
