Shoes are fine. It upset me that it took 2 weeks for shipping

I've owned and liked several pairs of crocs in the size I purchased (men's 11). These were too small. I compare them against another size 11 pair that I own, and they were definitely smaller. Returned. Disappointing. Has the sizing changed?

The camo is coming off only after two days of wearing and shipping took two weeks to get.

I like the style of the shoe and the color, but they slip right off my feet when I walk.

Product was fine. Ship date was later than advertised (2-3 days / shipped 5 days aro). Costumer service said 24 to 48 hours for response, took almost a week for a return email.

Wore crocs 24/7 except on Sunday for the past 6 plus years. Wear out 3 to 4 pair/year. The soles on these are as thin as a 3 to 4 month old pair. Objects poke the bottom of my feet. Not comfortable. Knobbies on insole are twice a high as previous pairs

My old crocs fit perfectly. These crocs, same size, were too narrow and did not fit. I had to give them to my son. I will buy in store next time so I can try on First. Btw...my son loves them.

One of the shoes were extremely smaller than the other. The product was defective and I was charged to return it via mail. Not happy about that. The other shoes I ordered were fine.

Love crocs. I have 13 pair, but the newer Crocs footbed are just too much. I don't what happened but they are very different than the older ones.

This style and size was comparable to Crocs I had purchased before. I am irritated that the manufacturer is able to produce a satisfactory product in a Man'd Croc, but not in a woman' s.

As a Vietnam veteran with PTSD, I was very disappointed when I discovered these were made in Vietnam. I like your product and have worn these over five years but I will have to burn out the Vietnam.

I have 3 styles of crocs... Ralen, Crocband, and Classics (a Realtree and a blue tropical print). The inside 'nubbies' on both the pairs of 'Classics' are way too high and they're too rough on a bare foot to be worn comfortably for more than a short time. As a prior reviewer indicated, the Realtree Classics they bought were '..like walking on needles'. Unless you already have or want to work up tough callouses on the bottoms of your feet, these classics are just too irritating to wear for very long without a good pair of socks to protect the bottom of the foot. Certainly wish Croc would get their manufacturers consistent with the insole nubbies throughout their Croc lines. If the rougher nubbie texture in the 'classic' line is intentional, then it s/b advertised as such on the webpage. I'll never buy another pair of "Classics". I'll stick with the Ralens and Citibands for wearing comfort.

Own two pairs of the bistro and love them. Saw the real tree crocs, ordered them and are almost a 1/2 size smaller. Thanks goodness I will not be working in them.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. He has wore Crocs clogs for years. These run a size small.

The crocs were sent back once, since the size sent was not the correct size ordered. You now sent me the second pair and they too are not a true size 7. I'm not sure what to do, since two years ago a size 7 was delivered and was the correct size. Something changed with Crocs.

My husband wanted another pair of these so I bought them as a gift; ordering the same size he has currently. When we received them they looked smaller. When he tried them on his heel was hanging over the back edge. We placed the new pair side by side with the old pair and sure enough, they appear to be almost a full size smaller. I thought this would just be a simple exchange but when I contacted customer service so switch it out for a larger size, they indicated that I would be charged the return fee even though it was obviously some sort of mislabel or manufacturing error. I am extremely disappointed. Any company can make a mistake and I understand that but refusing to correct the error without charging the customer is unacceptable. Though I do most of my shopping for our entire family online, I highly caution ordering online from crocs. They do not stand behind thier product.

The Crocs I just bought are a size 8M/10W and made in Vietnam. I have another pair of 8M/10W and made in Mexico. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME SIZE!! The ones made in Vietnam are shorter and more narrow, and hurt my feet when worn ... pretty much worthless to me.

The crocs showed up deformed because they are shipped in a plastic bag and not a box. Waste of money.
