This shoe was so comfortable right out of the box. I have a narrow foot and Naturalizers don't run as narrow as they did years ago, but these fit perfectly. I had ordered a black pair of casual shoes from the maker, Cobb Hill which were comfortable, but I would have had to put a liner in them so i am going to return those. I then ordered this same shoe in black. Five stars to Zappos for their fast shipments and no shipping charges.

Love this shoe - super comfortable and the navy color is neither too dark or too light so it doesn't look like black. The zip up arch is the perfect add on for those of us with high arches. I will be buying Naturalizers again.

Not a shoe for my bunions. I searched and searched for a shoe I thought would work. I looked at the pictures and thought that the seaming would be above the bunion and not be a problem. Unfortunately, the seams fall right on the bunion area and that seems to prevent any stretch to accommodate them. The shoe has nice quality leather and would be a useful style for me. Regretfully, I will have to return them. I guess the search continues. Having a narrow heal makes it more difficult.

This is a comfortable shoe! I normally wear a 6.5 or 7, "D" width, so I usually avoid Naturalizer shoes because their "C" is too narrow and the "E" is too wide. Needing a comfy shoe to stand in all day at work, I thought I'd try a 6.5 "E". Turns out it's a perfect fit! Cute with slacks, but the comfort is the attraction here -- when wearing these I forget I'm on my feet all day. Good job, Naturalizer! Zappos, as always, great service--thank you!

The shoes fit perfectly and are very comfortable to walk in.

These shoes just arrived today, and they are comfortable straight out of the box. I ordered them for a wedding that I am working this weekend and needed something comfortable, but, nice enough to wear with black pants. These are perfect! Naturalizers are fast becoming my favorites with this being my fifth pair. I may just have to order these in brown!

I bought these shoes to wear at work. After breaking them in, they became comfortable, but they were a little tight at first (width). I like that they make my feet appear smaller!

Have you ever purred when you put on a pair of shoes? That was my response to these shoes. Felt good, but after walking around a bit, I felt a little rubbing in the right toe box. Don't want blistered toes on a European trip. But, these are light-weight, comfortable shoes. I am sorry to return them.
