I loved this shoe in black, but have had qualities issues with trying to buy in brown. The first pair had scratches on both shoes - return. The second pair had a defect on the right heel which was poorly hidden by brown paint which did not match. Someone even managed to drip the paint on the rubber sole. The second pair is going back and I am giving up. I wish the brown did not have such quality issues because I love the way the shoes fit.

Extremely comfortable right out of the box. They felt true to size. The Cordovan color is very pretty but not as burgundy as I would like. Will keep though as both black and cordovan color will work for me. Think I will use these for a long time to come.

I wasn't sure of the size, so I ordered both the wide and extra wide in size 10. The wide was snug, but would've loosened, I'm sure. The extra wide was perfect out of the box! I love the style, the color and the fit. And they are super comfy.

I love these shoes. I had to get a half size smaller and they're a little bit tight but stretched just enough. They are so comfortable. I like them so much, I purchased two more pair in the black and the navy.

I found these shoes to be very comfortable and well made. I ordered my usually 7.5W and they fit fine. If I had planned to wear socks with these shoes, I would have had to go up a half size.

These are very comfortable and attractive work shoes. I am on my feet a lot at work and since I have a weak ankle, it helps that they have a wider heal sole that provides stability for me. My second pair and I hope you keep making this style for years to come!

Love these shoes. They are very comfortable to wear right out of the box. I chose black out of habit but the other colors are wonderful. I have sensitive feet and they hurt but these shoes don't hurt my feet when I walk.

Nice looking shoes to wear with slacks. Well made and very comfortable. I ordered my usually size of 7.5W and they were a perfect fit.

I received 2 rt ft shoes. The help I received was outstanding. A new box with the correct sizing of both feet was here in 24 hrs. The shoes are so very comfortable and style is great.

These shoes are comfortable and attractive. I wear an 8 wide because my left ankle swells a bit due to an old injury. When I put these shoes on out of the box, they felt tight, even my right foot. However, I walked around in them for about 20 minutes in my house and that's all that was needed. They are an excellent fit and so comfortable I can wear them and walk in them all day. Love the style.

This shoe was custom-made for my feet! (At least, that's how they feel!) Wish all my shoes felt this good. If Naturalizer made more up-to-date styles, they could give Clark's a real run for their money.

This shoe is very comfortable. I ordered the wide shoe, which fit perfectly. I felt like I had a pair of slippers on, even with a sprained baby toe.

Loved the style of the shoe but it was too small to be comfortable/fit properly. Note: the color is actually closer to a brown than a burgundy.

I love the look of the shoes but they ran too narrow and short for me. They felt tight all over. I wish that they had fit.

Although I normally need a narrow width, I ordered these shoes in a medium as I wear wool knee length socks under my slacks in the winter months. The fit is just fine, although my heel slips a bit and which I will correct with an insert if necessary. I like the slim lines of this shoe, which one does not often find with comfort shoes. It is very comfortable and will be great for every day wear during the cold weather months. Very minimal break in time needed.

The Clarissa is a wonderful shoe but order up in size. I usually wear anywhere from a 10W to 11W and sometimes even M, depending on the style. But based on the reviews and my past experience with Naturalizer shoes, I ordered 11WW. The fit is perfect with room for socks now that we are heading into the colder months. So I would suggest going up at least a half size and a wider width than you normally buy. The style is awesome! They look like a bootie and the zipper detail makes it easy to get on and off. I ordered the cordovan and it is the classic color I expected. Definitely recommend this shoe!

This was one purchase I can honestly say I wore out of the box - didn't need to stretch them to accommodate a bunion on 1 foot. The modern, minimalist design makes them suitable for work. Supportive enough for days w/lots of walking & standing. Was able to fit thin orthotics inside, adding needed arch support. Nice gray color (Graphite). Comfortable - zipper closure doesn't rub. Nice with pants, may work with skirts too. Would gladly buy 2nd pair.

I received a shoe catalog in the mail. I ordered this shoe two days later. It was not available, so I went to Zappos. It was not available there either, but they emailed me the next day that they had found my shoe. I immediately ordered, it was received very quickly, and I absolutely love the shoe! It is so comfortable and I could not be happier!
