These shoes would have been a winner had there been more arch support. I went back and forth between these and the Born Julianne and the only reason the Born pair one was the arch support! Overall good shoe, just not what I needed. I walk all day for work on concrete and that extra support is always needed.

I cannot begin to tell you how many ballet flats I've tried on in the last couple of years--probably dozens--looking for something that was both attractive and comfortable. I am THRILLED to have found this shoe. It's about the most comfortable flat I've tried on that doesn't also look like an old lady shoe. It has the sleek look of a normal, fashion ballet flat with a little extra cush and support. I wouldn't necessarily wear it for hours-long walks around the city (it is just a ballet flat after all) but for the normal work/errands/life situation it absolutely fits the bill. I'm typically either a 6.5 or 7 and the 7 fit me perfectly (the 6.5 was a little short in the toe). I have a narrow foot so the center part of the shoe is a bit wide on me, but not enough to bother me. All in all: so excited to have found this flat!

I love them so much I bought them in three colors. I got the coral, black and nude. My feet are borderline wide and these flats were perfect for my feet. They run a little small. I usually wear a 7 and I ordered a 7.5 for a perfect fit.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. I could have worn them right out of the box. However, they looked a bit like old lady shoes. I was looking for something cute and comfortable, so they are going back.

I wanted to love these but not they are not as comfortable as they should be for this price. They felt comfortable until I wore them at work all day and I sit at a desk. Unfortunately I am unable to return them now or I would.

I wore this pair of shoes every single day last spring & summer. It goes with many outfit and it can be casual or a little dressy. So sad it's not being sold anymore!!

These were a winner! I thought for sure the Frye pair I've been lusting after would be "the one," but I added this one to my order on a whim & boy, am I glad I did! They run a 1/2-1 size larger than normal (I ordered them in the same size I order running shoes), but they have an incredibly durable, deliciously cushioned footbed & fit like a glove. So happy with my new black ballet flats!

I needed a new pair of ballet flats to replace a bedraggled pair & these, after an extensive search, fit the bill!! My feet are narrow at the heel & wider toward the toes, so my feet can be hard to size. These fit very comfortably, although the toebox was shorter than expected & I had to size up - I typically wear a 9-9.5 & exchanged these for a 10. A couple negatives - 1) it does rub my heel & would cause a blister without those fantastic blister preventive bandaids; I'm sure they'll work in over a few weeks; 2) They fit perfectly on my right foot, but my pinkie toe overlaps the footbed a teensy bit on the left foot - if you have wide feet, you may want to order a wide!

Definetly size up on these, at least a half size. Other than that, they are great! I was addicted to my born stowaways before these, wore those flats religiously for years until they started to get holes in them. I've finally found a fabulous replacement, and believe me, I was searching everywhere.

I love these shoes! They fit like a glove the first day out. I can be on my feet all day and my feet don't hurt at all. I love these shoes!

I ordered this shoe in both an 8 1/2 and a 9 since I find that both sizes fit me. The 9 fit better. I plan to wear this shoe in the summer with white pants and a bright pink T.

I have searched high and low for a flat that will not leave me hurting. I have finally found one that works! Although not perfect, this is as close as I am going to find. It does NOT rub blisters on my heel, and they are soft with a little bit of cushion. As far as sizing goes, I normally wear a 7.5 to 8 (normally an 8 in athletic shoes such as Asics. I tried both the 7.5 and 8 in these and kept the 8. The 7.5 felt too tight and short in the toes. I guess you could say these are true to size, but usually flats run big, so that is why I specified the size I wear in ALL shoes, not just flats, because I found that confusing when I was reading the reviews. Oh, and I wear a no-show sock liner with these, although they are so thin, I don't think they make much of a difference as far as size. My foot is average width.

I am so happy that I bought these shoes. The foot cushion is amazing. I have slightly wide feet and the width is perfect. I fluctuate between 8 and 8½, I ordered 8½ and that fits great. They are definitely casual shoes. I have paler skin and this is a great "nude".

Very very comfortable and true to size. Have walked miles on them on the first day and they felt like a glove all day long.

Best ballet flat ever! These shoes are a favorite of mine and my feet. You do not even know they are on your feet. They go with everything. Sure...the black ones get scuffed. I just bought some black shoe polish...good as new! I guess you could do the same for the other colors if need be. I wish they came in a variety of different colors and patterns. I would buy everyone of them. Just noticed they have silver...will have to put them in my cart!

These flats are super cute, and didn't bother me my first full day of wearing them! They were a tad short in the toes, but it was manageable.

I have the hardest to fit feet -- neuroma on my left foot and high arches! These shoes are like a slipper -- arch support and the comfort is amazing. Great neutral color too -- I am ordering them in silver!

I love the simple style of these flats. I've only worn them a few times so far, but they are really comfortable. Since I haven't completely broken them in yet, they did start hurting after a few hours of walking up and down hills and standing around. There isn't that much arch support, although there definitely is some (which is better than most other flats that I've purchased). The cushioned soles are a huge part of the reason that I bought these flats, and I definitely am glad that I did!

Very cute but still comfortable and supportive - I was looking for a simple black ballet flat that could hold up to a little bit of walking, and these were perfect.

Purchased these for an outdoor wedding (snazzed them up with pink bow shoe clips to match my dress). Nearly every woman there who was wearing heels commented on my wonderful shoes as they were digging into the ground. They were so absolutely comfortable I am buying them in another color -- like being barefoot -- only lots better!

These are by far the most comfy flats I have, and they are not showing wear after quite a bit of walking. It is a foot glove. If you do not like conformal shoes, get them a half size larger, but you'll miss the secure feeling these give when they are cuddling your feet.

I wear an 11.5 so I ordered the size 12. They are a good fit. I love the elastic at the top of the shoe because it stretches with my feet. Great so far for the summer and I live in Florida. Was worried about whether they would breathe enough in the humidity, but I don't wear them for too long when I'm outside. Super comfy fit under the main part of my feet. Very pleased with these flats. Would recommend.

Finally a great little flat with soft structure! Zappos made it possible after many tries. One can actually walk in this little shoe with it's comfortable insole and ample toe room. I purchased one-half size larger for the roominess, and my foot does not slide around or press forward. Perfect!

I have to say these might be my favorite pair of casual flats I've ever owned. For me, they were comfortable enough to wear right out of the box. Nice cushioning, and they've got a decent sturdy looking sole that doesn't appear that it will fall apart in a couple of months (which a lot of my ballerina flats have done before. They don't have really any arch support, but if you are looking for arch support you shouldn't be buying a ballerina flat style shoe. The leather in the toe box is a little stiff at first, but in just a few hours of wearing I already feel a difference. I can't wait to order these in a different color!

What's with the squeak when I walk? I'm afraid it won't go away, so I'm returning. Otherwise very comfortable. I wear a 10 and the 10 fit fine. Nice padding on sole.
