Just bought these shoes for work. I'm on my feet for 12 hour shifts and these are so comfortable. The only thing is they run a little bit small so they need to be broken in. I usually wear a size 9 and regret not getting a 1/2 size up. But they are leather so I know once broken in, they will stretch a bit. Should be perfect then.

Super comfy. I like that no toe cleavage shows. There is no arch support but that's standard in a ballet flat. I have relatively flat feet so no arch support works well for me. The width is perfect for me. My feet are not narrow, maybe a bit wider than average. The one bad thing about these shoes is that the leather on the lower back part of the heel slightly started to peel the first day I wore them. Which is disappointing, especially for a pricey shoe. wear them a lot so I hope they last a long time, though they don't look like they will due to the peeling leather. They are perfect for work. They look great with leggings but can really go with anything.

Bit of a disappointment. The stitching in the bed of the shoe under my heel rubbed on my foot and by the end of the day it was rather sore. I bought these to walk on a trip to Italy. Not particularly good looking on either.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It's extremely comfortable and felt perfect for my size 7.5 foot. However, something about the way it curves in the front and the way the opening is cut, which made it look unflattering. My foot didn't look good in this shoe.

Order up a half size. These are well constructed and feel like slippers. Have held up to daily pounding and will be replacing with a second pair. A great go to shoe that goes with everything; a classic.

This shoe is comfortable right away - great food bed support. No noticeable arch support, but because of the comfort of the foot bed, my feet stay comfortable and supported. Size up a half size - I normally wear a 7.5 and an 8 fit better.

The shoes are so soft and for sure comfortable but I have listened to reviews and went half size up and they are too big and quite wide. I should have bought my size and would be perfect!

These have a snug fit but are soft, so that is ok. They are low cut, so the opening goes across the bone near my big toe. They look nice, but I am wearing them at home to stretch them a bit before I try wearing them outside.

The Grayson Erica shoes are so short!! I ordered a 12, and my big toe is pressed right up to the end and the top, uncomfortably, even without socks or tights. I wish they fit - they're cute and the leather is really nice. I like how the opening in gathered and hugs one's heel. The foorbed seems very comfortable. But they're too short!! And they don't go higher than a 12...

These shoes were the best, super comfortable and matched everything. Unfortunately the sole began separating after just a few months of sporadic wearing. Not the clarks quality I was expecting.

I've always been a fan of Clarks. But these wouldn't work for me. I wear an 8B but these were too wide. Too bad as they were a nice supple leather.

I really wanted to like these as I have to be on my feet all day and wear black. While they felt supportive and had decent arch support, I found the elastic to be far too strong. Even after walking around the house for nearly an hour they remained sort of curled up on my feet which put pressure on my big toe and heel. I wear a size 5 and suspect that this issue might be exaggerated on my small feet, perhaps someone with more normal sized feet would do a better job of flattening them out.

I tried a couple of sizes and this shoe upper was just not comfortable. The foot pad felt awesome, but the upper was just too tight across my toes.

This shoe is very comfortable for a ballet flat (I bought these to replace a pair of French Sole Sloops, which I loved, but aren't great for extended walking). I found the sizing to be way off. I'm a 7-1/2 or 8, and not even the 8-1/2 worked for me after wearing around the house for a week. After 2 returns, I ended up with a size 9 (a first for me), which is a little too wide but finally fit in length.

Cute, comfortable, but the fabric of the shoe does not hold up. I wore my shoes for two days and the area around the toe was scuffed and damaged and there was a small tear. I was just doing normal walking around on sidewalks, nothing rugged.

You know how, when shoes are really, really comfortable, you try to tell yourself that they're not THAT ugly? I tried to convince myself and it almost worked. Then I came to my senses.

These shoes were comfortable and cute, but after wearing them just a few times to work, the toes were very scuffed to where they looked like old shoes. Maybe I'm a toe-dragger, but none of my other shoes have ever had this problem, especially while still so new. Luckily Zappos was awesome and took them back.
