Honestly could not get over the overwhelming funky smell of these shoes! They came in a plastic bag, but the odor was definitely from the shoes. Even my two cats ran from the room, and they are always excited when I open boxes. Shoes felt very flat, with no arch support, and may work for some folks, but frankly I did not want them (and the offending odor) in my closet.

These are stinky! I threw them away after just two weeks! Upon arriving I found them to be really ugly, although the photo looks so elegant. But the material they use is really cheap t-shirt material so the grey and yellow looked so cheap and dirty. At that time I only regretted not to have purchased the black version that might have looked better. The fit is ok and there is no pain involved, they do not fall off your feet. But, the yoga mat sole is actually a sponge with rubber on top. Meaning it will contain any sweat that you might produce in long hot summer walks and that sweat accumulates inside, so that after only six days of wearing them they were really bad smelling! I cannot believe this! No flip-flops are that bad, in only six days! So I washed them! But they did not dry until the next day! Mind you I was in Africa! But they did not dry! So the sponge they use must be of some bad quality and not airy at all, that is why they stank to begin with. After another four days of wearing, they stank again. This really does not happen to me so I washed them again and squeezed them with towels that I put on top and stepped on them, to get them dry till next day. Some three days later they stank again, at what point I run in the first shoe store available in the luxury lodge and luckily found Crocs sandals in my size and threw away the Sanuks right there. For this price you would really expect something better! Even more so that these days there are out there all kind of materials that do not smell, so it is very easy to create a good product from the start!

Ugh. I so wanted to love these shoes, as they really are very nice to look at. When I tried wearing them around the house upon their arrival, they seemed super comfortable and cushion-y and I love the way they look. Alas, when I actually tried them on the road, they failed me. I brought them on a trip to Mexico to give a try and found that the straps fail to keep the shoes on, and when I got caught in a rainstorm in them, the pink dye bled all over my feet, leaving shocking red marks on my feet for days despite much swimming in the ocean. I wish I could return these but they've been on the beach now, so I guess I have to eat it.

this is a cute looking comfortable feel shoe, no doubt about it, however the sling that is supposed to go around the heal of the foot is not staying in place for only 1 step. So shoe cannot be worn as intended, therefore I have to give it an overall rating of 1 star. It's simply not working. Too bad, because it's an overall really cute and potentially comfortable sandal.

When I first tried them on, I loved them. Cute and comfy. But then I wore them out. Now I hate them. The material straps keep the sandal close to your foot but lets your foot slide around a bit - just enough to be a hazard. On the first wear, I slid out of the side of the shoe once and almost tripped two other times. And no, normally I do not have problems staying upright. So these are going back.

I was very disappointed in this shoe. The material that goes on top of the foot is very narrow...not at all like the picture. The back slides off and the material between the toes rubs. The only positive is the sole. It's comfy but does not make up for the other problems. Perhaps I received a defective shoe as I did not find any other raters criticize the lack of material over the top of the foot.
