If the straps had a little more elastic maybe they would have worked width wise-by the bottom of the shoe had no give-just didn't like.

while these shoes may be comfortable for a great many people if you have any history of plantar fasciitis, falling arches, bone spurs etc, then this shoe is not for you. I am middle age and do have some of the above issues and this shoe made them worse in a matter of wearing them only 10 minutes. If you are young and without changes to your feet or recent/chronic injury then they may work better. The style overall is earthy and the comfort is otherwise good since the material feels spongey. There is just no arch support whatsoever.

I wanted to buy every color to wear to work but they make a "flip-flop" sound when you walk and I don't feel that is appropriate for work. I'm bummed. I have a cheap knock off pair from Target that do not make the flip-flop sound. Other than that they are cute. I wear a solid 10 but returned those and got them in a 9.

Quite narrow in the footbed, with an awkward shape that didn't allow my feet to land properly/evenly. Fabric felt really tight. I don't have unusually wide or big feet either. Otherwise a cute sandal. Had to return due to fit.

Cute shoe but not functionally. Only able to wear for show. Felt like they would fall off if I walked too much. Returned.

Cute design and looked comfortable but wouldn't stay on. Fabric kept slipping off my heel and they had to be returned.

These sandals are adorable, and I wish I could wear them, but they are NOT comfortable. Might be OK for the beach, but there is a lot of fabric that would be gross when wet, so not for me. There is no arch support whatsoever. The soles feel soft and comfy at first, but there is no real cushioning or support, and my feet hurt after a few several minutes. Like I said, MAYBE ok for the beach, but definitely not a good choice for an every day shoe where you will be walking even a little. It's a shame, b/c I really do love the look of the shoe, but they are just no comfortable for more than 10 minutes.

LOVE the looks of these great shoes. Unfortunately there is NO support whatsoever, so if you ned a heel cup or arch support, any kind of support whatsoever, these will disappoint. I gave them to my daughter, she was thrilled

Pros - comfortable sole. Good arch support. Lightweight. Cons - toe strap was too thick, making it uncomfortable. The material / construction looks really cheap.

I'm going to have to agree with other reviews I've seen. When wearing these, my foot slides off the bottom much too easily. I'm afraid they'll be going back. Luckily Zappos is THE best for returns (love zappos...)

I was looking for a cute flip flop style that would dress up for Hawaii. The hubby has a pair of Sanuk's and loves them. These were super cute and cushy so I thought I was ready to go. Walking along the sidewalk it became very apparent these are for looks only. You're basically asking a strip of T-shirt to give you stability as you walk and not trip over yourself. I've been walking for over 30 years, so I'm sure it's not me. The soles are cushy but there is zero arch support. They so overstretched the fascia on the bottom of my feet after only a total of 3-4 hours in a month long trip, that I had to do 3 weeks of serious foot rehab from a chiro to get to a point where I didn't wince when I walked. I suppose if you're used to no arch support and overstretching your feet, you'll do fine in these. I just didn't.

I'm surprised that no one has wrote about sweaty your feet get wearing these. I never have a problem with my feet sweating. With these sandals, my feet sweat! Then it's slippery to walk. I bought these with the intention of wearing them to Panama. But NO WAY! I live in Northern California and it was terrible. Comfortable, but sweaty.
