These slippers are my second pair, due to a manufacturing defect. The 1yr UGG warranty replaced them for free. The thread that holds the toe box together unraveled on my first pair. These slippers run VERY small, and I had to order two sizes up. (I wear a US 6 in regular shoes) If the toe box were about a half-inch taller, I could have worn a size 7. Other than the sizing issue, the slippers are very comfortable for relaxing at home.

Very warm and comfortable. Gave them as a gift and she loved them :)

this is my very 1st pair of uggs and I am completely in love with them!!! I wish I could afford to get every color!

I bought this slipper around Christmas time- loved them as soon as I took them out of the box. Wore them for two weeks around the house, and then the stitching fell apart around the top of the slipper. Major disappointment.

Received first pair for Christmas 2013. Within a week the stitching on the top on one of the slippers came undone. Sippers were returned as defective and received a replacement pair (same style) within a week. Once again within a week the stitching came undone on both slippers. I spoke to a person in customer service who said he was not aware of that issue in this particular style, so I will return this pair as defective and reorder the same style.

I really like ugg australia.but I feel disappointed.I wore them two times. The line was open.I have already changed them.I think they are different.

I can wear them in the house and also wearing them outside while walking into school they are super comfy and warm. My foot is a size 10 but i bought a size 9 and they have stretched out enough that my foot is snug.

My boyfriend purchased these UGGs as a gift for me on Christmas. Within the first hour, the lacing came apart. I felt mortified. They were the exact size for my foot so I felt embarrassed. We went to the post office and returned them. He re-ordered a new pair for me. Once the second pair was received, same thing. Within the hour, the lacing split. Frustrating. I've never owned an UGG product in my life and this was not a good first impression of your product. I called customer service to help me not tell my boyfriend this has happened yet again. Thank god for your customer service staff. Very friendly and polite. Your product, not so much. She issued a gift card and I went online to purchase the same pair for the third time because I did not like any other options you had to offer. Finally I received the third pair -my boyfriend still thinks it is the second paid- and I honestly do not ever wear them. Your product had one major flaw and I am sure this isn't the first you have heard about it either. There is nothing great about these slippers and honestly, I don't want them around because of the whole ordeal. However they were a gift so I feel obligated to have them around. I have never had an UGG product aside from these slippers and I will ensure I will never have another UGG product ever again. Your customer service is top notch. Maybe you should invest more money into the people and not the product. This was a GIFT and god bless my boyfriend, he's amazing, your product is not. I am disgUGGsted!

These are your standard comfy quality ugg slippers. My only complaint is these seems to run even smaller than usual - I sized up per usual. But I'm keeping them and figuring they will have a little stretch. I like the blue color and wish they had more color options.

Very cute slipper, really more like a bootie. Looks best if you do not fold down the sides. Shoe fits true to size. I originally ordered a size 9 but had to exchange for a size 10. Received my exchange (it took a lot longer than I expected for an exchange, over 3 weeks) and on the first wear one of the slippers thread came unraveled. Ended up returning, really wanted to love these shoes!

Returned the slippers for another pair . After wearing them for two days the stitching came out. I have had gg slippers before for years without a problem. These even don't feel as comfortable as my other pairs.

I've never purchased any Ugg products before, and decided I wanted a pair of Ugg moccasins for myself. Everyone always talks about how warm and comfy Uggs are, but I'm not a fan of the boots, so I thought moccasins would be the way to go. Unfortunately, the stitching along the top came undone within an hour after I wore them. I could've purchased an Ugg knockoff from any shoe store, but I ordered directly from Ugg because I wanted quality. Yeah right. I called customer service to try and get a replacement sent out, but they informed me they were on backorder for a month and a half. No thank you. That being said, my first Ugg experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering from you again.

My UGG boots in size 8 are perfect. The slippers, however, were too tight in size 8 so I returned them for size 9. Even the 9's are too tight in the toe box but I kept them hoping they would stretch. Before the sheepskins was able to stretch the lacing broke. I called and returned them again. They're sending me a new pair.

These are very cute, cozy slippers. However, my first pair came apart at the seams after one month of wear and I exchanged them for a second pair. The new pair arrived and after 5 days they also broke the same way. The stitching that holds the tongue to the body of the slipper is coming undone and they are breaking apart just like the first pair. I'm disappointed with the quality of these as other Ugg boots of mine have held up very well in the past. I plan to return these and choose a different slipper.

I use my slippers primarily in the house. I did have to run to the mailbox one snowy day and the grip on ice was superb. The shoe size is a little snug at first, but starting to give a little. I would order your regular size as it will stretch out over time. The coloring is also just as displayed.

Very prompt delivery and easy ordering. Opened for Christmas, but stitching broke and had to send back for replacement. First time I have ever had a problem with UGG's.
