I would love to give these slippers 5 stars. They are very warm and comfy. I have no problem with the sides staying up. That is one of the reasons I bought these to keep my ankles warm. However, the disappointment is that my right slipper the top seam keeps coming undone. I have to get out a needle and sew it tight again. Might last a few weeks and then have to repeat the process again. Slippers for this amount of money I shouldn't have to spend so much time in repair and maintenance. Disappointed.

Can't find anything nice to say. Ties don't tighten or stay tied. Sides don't stay rolled up.......l own 9 pairs of Uggs and all of them are great!

Shoes are very nice!

They look cute, but they are not lamb skin lined but wool pulled through fabric like fake fure. Lining is allready comming unglued ftom the outer leather. Cheaply made. Not built like the old uggs. I have a older pair of these that are real lamb skin and well made. The insert is just as bad. Feet swet right through the material. Size feels 1/2 size to small.

The stitching came undone before I owned them even for a year. They were comfortable but not worth the purchase

Shoe fits tight... I have several pairs of UGGS but these just didn't fit well :(

I am usually a fan of Bean footwear, but not these slippers. I usually wear 7 1/2, but read reviews and ordered a size 7, I was excited to receive, but once I put them on and walked a few steps, had to take off - the toe area was extremely tight and hurt my feet and the heel kept slipping off. Sadly I won't be ordering from bean too much longer since they have chosen to have items made in China and the quality is extremely poor. I don't mind paying a higher price if the quality was there.

They broke but customer service has been responsible and responsive. So bad review for the shoe. Good review for service

THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. THE SIZING WAS WAAAAY OFF.

These House shoes were a Christmas gift. I got the size from my daughter UGG boots. They were a size 6.So that is the size I ordered for the house shoes.Now she is going to have return them and go up to a size 7. Now I am not sure if the size 7 will fit .This is just a guess on her part.I hope that the replacement shoes will be the right size. I was very disappointed when I gave her the shoes and they didn't fit. I was sure that using the size from the boots would be the correct size to order.

Really clunky & unattractive. Very stiff & the back seems unbalanced with the front. I'm so pleased with how simple Ugg makes returns. I will be sure to to my Christmas shopping with them online. Very reliable. Package was in perfect shape when received.

I was so sad because they are so cute. This was a gift for my mom. I went a size up so she can easily slip on and off, but when she tried them, they were too narrow. I was so sad she gave back the gift and said thanks but no thanks :( The width on these were just not working with regular width feet.

Very cute looking slippers but found to fit one size too small. Very stiff material it was not as easy to bend the sides to look as pictured. I felt that the material was not as soft to the feet either. Was it bc it UggPure material instead?? It was not the usual soft Ugg feel that I get with most of my shoes from them. I would not recommend this slippers. I'm truly disappointed bc I bought this at a great ugg australia online sale + discount percentage off so it was a final purchase. You are better off buying the coquette slippers those are soft, comfortable and true to size. My favorite go to slippers.

Need to offer half size.
