somewhat of a snug fit, only been wearing an hour a day since they are slippers, but I can tell they will loosen up some the more I wear.

I'm at 8.5 and based off the reviews I ordered up a size but the 9 was way to big! Should of ordered the 8! Instead of exchanging I just got a refund and customer service was very helpful with that!

I love the Alena slippers. I wear them all day everyday around the house. They are warm and super comfortable. However, I would not get them in black again. The black dye transfers onto your feet and I have black fuzz everywhere - going on two weeks of having them now and they are still shedding black fuzz.

Long story short.....amazing slippers! I ordered them without trying on. Ordered what I thought my size would be. Way too tight - or so I thought. Went back to the store nearby to switch for larger size. All sold out. Very nice salesperson ordered for me to be shipped to home after 2 weeks of backorder cleared out. Finally arrived. Wow my feet fit fine but a little too loose. Worried they would stretch went back and forth between the 2 sizes and finally decided on the smaller pair which is true to my size. So very glad I went with the smaller size. 2 days later they are perfect.

Look forward to putting them on, when I get home from work!

Warm, cushy, cozy describes these luxurious slippers. The back heel is very supportive too.

These are the most comfortable slippers ever. They keep your toes warm in the winter months while adding support as you're walking around the house. When you first get them they will be a little bit snug but as you wear them they start to conform to your foot and they are perfect.

Great winter house shoes. Can even be wore for quick trips to the store because of the rubber soles. I wouldn't wear them when its wet outside though....

Will use to zip around on errands and at home. Feel wonderful! Don't want to take them off!

I normally wear a 7 or a 7 1/2, so I ordered an 8. Too tight on my left foot so I returned it and ordered a 9. Have not received the 9 yet but am thinking it may be too big. Too bad it does not come in half sizes.

I ordered these slippers during the holiday season. I was so excited when they arrived, however, they were to small. I am a size 7 and would have changed to 7.5 but this slipper does not come in half sizes. An 8 would be way to big so I returned them. This slipper is not true to your actual size.

I wear them all around the house and if I need to run out and pick up my daughter at school. I did not appreciate the pink laces and soles in the pictures so that was a pleasant surprise. Also, they were a little tight when I first put them on, but they've stretched and molded to my foot and are very comfortable.

I wear a 7 1/2 in a regular shoe, occasionally an 8. Tried the Alena in a 7 in the black, too tight... thought they would stretch a little, but after wearing for hours each day for 3 days straight, they hurt a bit. Exchanged for an 8 in the midnight (black was out of stock right after Christmas.) LOVED the color, and fit right out of the box. However, the 8 was too big after a day of wearing as it slipped off my heel. It seemed odd that the size 7 black did not have any give and the size 8 midnight color seemed to "stretch" after 1 day. Called Ugg and customer service said it could be a different fit with different colors. ?? Well, he was right! Tried the 7 in Midnight and it was a perfect fit. Bit snug on the first day, but then it seems to mold to your feet. BEST slipper I've ever put on. The color midnight is beautiful. I don't plan to wear them outside, but you could if you wanted. Would look adorable with skirt, skinny jean or leggings. If you are a 7 1/2 in a regular shoe, I would recommend a 7 in the Alenas. I also wear a 7 in the knits and classics. Very warm and comfey slipper! So glad I bought them- LOVE them!

I wear my Uggs to school. They keep my feet warm during frigid temperatures.

I was given these slippers for Christmas and really love them. They really keep my feet nice and warm.

Used as home slipper -not comfortable, will be returning.

Great feel, well made. My wife is a 7.5 US and I read commentary that you should purchase 0.5 to 1.0 size larger. I purchased an 8.0 US for her and she said they are a little snug, but very comfortable and she likes that they don't slip off her feet when she walks. If you like a little more room, then maybe go with a full size larger. That said, me wife is very happy with the size 8.0 US. Well made and expect them to last a long time. She loves them, so it was a big hit for Christmas!

UGGS are a Classic! Also, Ageless.....No matter how young or old! Look around everyone is UGGIN! I have been wearing UGGS for over 10 Years! Also, go to gift for Family and Friends!

Love the slippers but bought them the same size as my uggs boots and had to send them back for the next size up!

My wife LOVES these slippers! These are the first pair of any of the UGG products and is well pleased. She has owned several pairs of designer slippers but these by far are her favorite. With having 2 little girls also in the house, I can see buying many other of the UGG products.

Received for Christmas. Normally wear size 9, but these were too short and tight across top of foot. Could barely get my foot into the shoe. Have returned for size 10 and will update once I receive them. Love the pink; look good; can't wait to wear!
