These slippers are beautiful. Problem is: After one week they looked very used. They didn't look close to new. A little disappointing.

Overall these feel a little big as they slip in the heel - however, I have a narrow ankle and a wide toe box so I opted to keep the larger size. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10 in UGG slippers. I had a different style ugg slipper last time and opted for the 9. It took a while to break them in to make them wide enough in the toe box. As I wear these and the lining starts to flatten down, I’m planning to replace the insert sooner to prevent them from slipping more (plus it will keep them filling new!)

I have wanted these for a while and finally decided to get them. In every other shoe I purchase I am a 10-11. In Uggs I would say that I would probably be a 10.5, since the 10 is normally a tiny bit too tight. Keeping this in mind I purchased these in an 11. Length wise, there was barely room for my toes in the front and my heel wasn't falling out which is great, however they were quite tight in the area right before my toes, a problem I have never had before in shoes. They were also overly narrow and I do not have wide feet. I'm not sure what the problem is because I've worn plenty of Uggs before and other moccasins and not had this problem, but the fit is not great. I know that the fleece would pack down and the suede would stretch out from wear, but not enough in the area which is tight. Unfortunately I have had to return these, but I will say that the quality of them feels extremely nice, the wool inside is very soft and would be extremely warm if they weren't so ridiculously tight. Definitely a disappointment.

I love the durability of this shoe/slipper. My last pair I got about 6years out of them. As far as the sizing goes, definitely order up. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and I have a pretty narrow foot and I ordered an 8 in this shoe and it was very tight at first but stretches and loosens after wearing it around the house for a week in the mornings. I actually thought about exchanging it for a 9 at first and glad I didn’t. It would have stretched to be too big. I also overpronate (ankles roll inward) and just for the record, this slipper does not provide any arch or ankle support. They do keep your feet very warm though even without socks.

This is my second pair of these. I wore my other pair for a few years....loved them! These seemed tight, so I ordered the next size up, but could tell those were a little too big. Decided to keep the original pair that are my normal size and after a few wears they are feeling good. Stretching out like I had expected! Hopefully they last as long as my first pair!

I’ve been wanting this slipper for a while now. I’m a pretty standard 9 in Uggs, having a pair of coquette slippers, classic short, classic tall, Bailey button all in size 9. I have narrow to medium width feet. Definitely not wide at all. I was disappointed to find the toe box in these slippers is tight in my usual size 9, this not being a problem in any of the other uggs I have. I ordered another pair in size 10 to see if it made a difference. The 10 felt a little better in the toes but my heel slipped right out of the back when I walked. So, I’m keeping the 9. Just because I like them a lot. I’ve worn them around the house for 2 days now and they’re loosening up a bit in the toes. So if that continues they’ll fit just fine. Love these overall and they’re super cute and comfy, just keep in mind they may be tight in the toes for a while.

Front of shoe gets dirty quickly and easily but may be easy to clean with ugg cleaner. Other than that I love the shoe!

I followed other reviews and went up in size - I’m a 9.5 and purchased the 10. Even still, they were quite snug at first. I knew the fur would crush down over time, though. That is turning out to be true! I’ve been wearing them for several days and each time they feel better. Going up another size (to an 11) would make these too big once the fur flattens out. The style of the Alena slipper is adorably cozy. The suede upper is beautiful. My feet feel spoiled! Order up to the next whole size and you will not regret your purchase. :)

These slippers are a must have for cold winter days. They are great for around the house and keep your feet toasty warm. I ordered 1/2 size up based on reviews. They were tight at first but stretched some with wear.
