I always break down the backs of my Ugg slippers, the high back of the Alena will keep my feet warmer and stop me from ruining them. I usually wear a 7.5 or 38 eu, and size 8 in Ugg fit perfectly. The port color a nice dark purple. I love them!

These uggs are warm and comfortable. I have been wearing them for about 2 Years now, and the lining is still very thick . I love them! I'm Ordering another pair in a different color.

I use the Alena's for house shoes around the house as I have all hardwood floors. I did notice that even though it says in the description that it has permission to go Outdoors, that isn't the best thing in the winter for the Alena's, they are pretreated for water resistance material from the factory for water resistance and I also cleaned and pretreated them before wearing them and some spotting occurred due to few drops of wet snow... I was not successfully able to get it completely off with the cleaning kit without adding too much moisture,is my GUESS, leaving behind a somewhat discolored rough patch on the top toe portion of the shoe. THIS part is disappointing however as I love these shoe slippers and they are still relatively new, have had them only a cple Months. STILL all n all I still love the alenas and the warmth it provides to the back of your foot and the versatility of folding that over or leaving it up which I mostly wear them up :-)

I have had a pair of the Alena slippers for over a year now and I have never loved anything more! I NEVER wore "slippers"/"house shoes" prior to receiving them as a gift, but there is no way I will ever, ever go back; I live in my Alenas! Do understand that, as with all UGGs, at first the overall fit will be SNUG -to the point that you may even consider exchanging them for a larger size. RESIST the urge. Within one week, your Alenas will have perfectly and ever so comfortably conformed to your feet. *Note here, the suede outer allows for a degree of stretch, while the interior sheepskin-lining will "pack-down" in order to mold to your feet, accordingly. Take it for someone who knows: I first ordered a size 8, which seemed to be a perfect fit. However, within mere days, I was walking out of them with each step. I exchanged them for a 7, which was -honestly, a bit painful in the beginning. But, as I mentioned earlier, the 7s were very soon the perfect size -they felt "tailored" to my feet, exclusively! The only other thing I would advise, as I would with any leather/suede product, is to purchase the Care Kit sold by UGG, which includes: 1. Protector, 2, Cleaner and Conditioner, 3. Shoe Renew (a freshening spray), and 4. a Suede Scuff Eraser brush. P.S. If at some point the freshening spray does not seem to work as effectively as when your UGGs were new, UGG actually offers completely new, sheepskin insoles, which can make a world of difference! Very highly recommend!

I bought two pairs, one for my mom and one for myself, same color same size, the skin looked different. But still good on both shoes. I kept the smoother one for myself. I got these on sale and bought them to use as house shoes. very expensive but so cozy that it is worth the splurge. heard from my boss that they last long...

These UGGS grew on me like crazy & I now wear them everywhere and all the time. I can't imagine my life w/o them. lol.

BEWARE OF POOR QUALITY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a pair of Ugg Alena slippers on Dec 14, 2015, and 4 months later, in March 2016, a seam around the toe area of the slipper came completely loose and undone rendering the slipper unwearable. This is certainly a defective slipper due to poor workmanship and falls under the Ugg 1 year warranty. I mailed the defective slippers in to the warranty department with the warranty claim filled out and a copy of the original receipt, stating I would like to exchange for a new pair of the same slipper as covered by warranty. Several weeks later received the defective slippers back to me with a letter stating the exchange was rejected because the warranty period of 1 year from the purchase date was expired. However, this is not the case as my original receipt shows they were only purchased 4 months ago. I called Ugg customer service and explained what had happened and they said they would do a "warranty re-evaluation" via email. So I received an email which I replied to with pictures of the defective slippers and the original receipt as they asked for, and I have heard nothing back from them for over a week. I have been an Uggs customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars on boots and slippers. I have never had a problem before with the quality of their products until now. In addition their customer service and warranty departments are horrible, and the fact that they just blatantly will not fulfill the exchange and have just straight up stopped communicating with me is ridiculous.

Love how cute these bootie slippers are and super warm and comfy. Bought a year ago and want another pair. Sold out everywhere and can't find in my size ANYWHERE!! So sad. Any way you'll be coming out with these again?

I use these in my home and outside. I love them. They fit snug at first. Now they are broken in and perfect.

Very comfy and warm!

Went to the mountains and didn't take them off for five days. Wore them inside and out. They felt snug at first but are perfect now that the wool has compressed a bit around my feet. Definitely recommend.

I bought these slippers to replace another pair of Uggs that I have had forever!!!! They are the warmest, toastiest slippers you can buy. I really mean it. You will not be disappointed.
