These shoes are comfortable from the first wearing. Soft and cushion-y! Don't think there is much arch support but use them mostly for walking dogs on paths of dirt and pebbles.

I love these sneakers from NB. They do not make my feet look humongous when I wear shorts or capris. I am a size 11 W so that is quite a feat, pun intended. These sneakers are comfortable and fit my orthotics perfectly. I would recommend them.

I've had heel pain and stiffness in my left foot for over a year. I've tried everything. These were great right out of the box. The CUSH+ insole cushions my heel without feeling mushy or pushing on my arch and causing pain. The grey/yellow heathered color combo is really attractive too. I'm thinking about buying another couple of pairs and stashing them in my closet just in case New Balance changes them.

I'm very pleased with this shoe. Comfortable with wide toe box, and the upper fabric breathes well. I have bunion issues, and there is no pressure from the shoe in that area. I would highly recommend the New Balance WX711, especially the watermelon color. I've received many compliments!

I got these New Balance sneakers because I am having a lot of trouble with my feet. I wear orthotics and I have swelling in one foot. I have very large feet. I really do not like the way my feet look in shorts or capris and sneakers. I tried some of the more cool looking sneakers, but they did not hold my orthotic in place. So I purchased these and I have to say I love them! I have gotten so many compliments on them. I wear them daily to run errands. I also wear them to the amusement park and my feet feel so much better than when I wear other shoes. I would definitely recommend them!

A very very comfortable shoe, great for walking. Not great for cycling and I would not run in them. But they are good for cross training. I would recommend them.

Recently went to doctor for orthotics; he recommended New Balance and a wider shoe to accommodate. This shoe is perfect, so comfortable, I can walk all day!

I love this sneaker. I have a wide foot and this shoe was comfy from day one. It is light, and love the chioce of colors.

This shoe is exactly what I was looking for in an athletic shoe. I was trying to get away from those extra padded, bulky athletic shoes. These are very low profile. They make my feet look small! It's a very light weight shoe, but it feels sturdy and well made. I have very flat feet and have never found an athletic shoe to provide much support. This one is no different, but has a soft footbed, so I will keep it since I know there is nothing better out there. Plus they're freaking adorable. I usually wear an 8 1/2 - 9 and bought the 8 1/2. I should have probably bought a 9, but they fit like a glove with just enough toe wiggle room, and I'm liking that.

I never ordered shoes online before so I was skeptical. These New Balance sneakers are the most comfortable shoes that I ever owned. Right out of the box I wore them with no breaking in time. They are light and so easy to wear. I have bunions and flat feet and these make my feet very happy - so much so that I ordered another pair in black and white. Thanks, New Balance, for the comfort, and, Zappos, for ease of ordering and fast delivery.

This shoe is deceptive. It's really cute, and it seemed very comfortable at first. But, the more I wear it, the less comfortable it is. Not good arch support, and toes feel cramped. Sorry I kept it.

Can't go wrong with New Balance...wear them for work, I am on my feet all day. Very comfortable, good support and soft and light. Hint..good for any one with a bunion!

I bought one pair and liked them so much I bought two more. Great for narrow widths. Perfect for everyday and for Jazzercise!

I bought these as an alternative to my typical running shoes. I love them for cross training. Super lightweight shoe and the heel cushion feels great! Very excited about this purchase!

Great everyday walking around sneaker. A little more narrow in the toe box than I used to, but I didn't do the usual half size up for a running sneaker, as I will be using these for casual wear. Amazing service from Zappos per usual!

Very soft, comfy, and good looking. I bought them to play volleyball in, which isn't the best application for the shoe because the top if the toes cloth is so luxuriously soft, that it doesn't offer that resistance needed to be responsive to your every foot movement. The sole is great, but on top of the toes is like a soft slipper. I'm still gonna play v-ball in it but great for traveling/walking/casual.

I love these shoes! They are very comfortable. When they first arrived I wore them around the house. They felt better than my house slippers. I wore them to work yesterday and they felt fantastic. Another reviewer wrote that they feel like slippers and I agree. But I feel that is a positive. They are roomy and they stretch so my foot never feels constrained. I have not tried to work out in them. I don't know if you need more support for working out. But, for walking around four hours at work, they are fantastic! I need arch support in my shoes and though it doesn't seem that there is much when you slip the shoe on, they supported my feet just fine all day long.

I have searched for shoes for months and these are perfect. I have sore feet and have not had a pain since I wore them for a week boating.

It is great to find a shoe in a D width that is actually wide enough for my foot. I had to order 4 pair of shoes to find one that has sufficient width. Does Zappos have a "wide shoe expert"? I wish you did. Being able to look at shoes that are listed as 'Wide" is not of much help to me. My foot is almost an E or EE width.

Fit is perfect and the shoe was comfortable from the first moment I put them on. Wore them continuously on a recent River Cruise we took with lots of walking involved.

I treat myself to new sneakers often to keep my fitness motivation going. So I have many in different brands. Love this versatile sneaker for crosstraining classes. It supports my feet like a dream without being tight in the toe box. I have bought another in a different color - something I hardly ever do. I don't like to repeat sneakers and it's a high compliment that I bought this one "twice." Give them a try and the price is very good.

I am so pleased with these shoes. I have wide feet and these shoes are so comfortable, lightweight, yet supportive, and very cool looking. I'd say they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I just want to run and dance!

I was looking for a comfortable everyday sneaker. This is shoe is great. It's light weight and it doesn't feel like I'm wearing any shoes. I have a wide foot and good looking shoes are hard to find. These are cute, especially in the pink ones.

I have purchased other New Balance sneakers in a size 8.5 Wide but unfortunately I had to return them since I felt they ran smaller and not as wide as other sneakers I have purchased.
