I really love these. I wanted something I could walk miles in but was also at least moderately stylish and not a sport sandal. I usually wear a 6.5 and they don't carry half sizes so I went with the 7 and it fits well- not big at all, so when in doubt, go up. They are really comfortable and cute.

Would recommend for comfort!

I love these sandals! I bought a pair in the white (which is more bone colored in my opinion rather than a true bright white color) and loved them so much I bought a brown pair! They are super comfortable and very cute!

Love these shoes; I did have to return the size 8 and order a size 9 (since they don't come in half sizes and I am either an 8 or 8 1/2 depending on the shoe). The 8 could only be buckled on the first hole and they were definitely too short once I started walking around the house in them. The 9s are perfect. These will go great with a multitude of outfits. The navy blue isn't a true navy, the online picture is a very accurate representation of the color which I wanted so I'm not sure why they call it navy. Foot bed and leather straps very soft and comfortable.

Cute shoe and comfortable. They are not as white as the pictures seem. I would say the white is more of a bone color. It is still a nice neutral color but not white. It runs true to size, I always wear a 9 in Born and this shoe was not exception.

I am very pleased with this sandal. Born brand comfort and quality with feminine style. A favorite already.

Cute and comfortable sandal that fits a narrow foot very well and is pretty adjustable. That being said, I am NEVER a 9. An 8.5 usually, an 8 sometimes. I ordered the 8 and my toes fell off the edge. The 9 fits perfectly. Just keep that in mind.

I love these sandals. I just bought my fourth pair, I get a new pair every summer since I wear them to death. They are a little sturdier and nicer looking than a pair of standard flip flops, but just as comfy. I like that they have the heel strap which makes them a little more convenient to walk around town in.

Yay!! Just as I hoped, these have a nice lightly-cushioned sole, the straps are snug but not tight, the style is delicate and perfect for hot weather, both aesthetic and pragmatically designed. These are replacing a pair of crappy target sandals I've had for a few years, which served me well but are very flat and increasingly loose and wearing out... these are so much better, so glad I got them. I wear size 8.5 generally, my feet are somewhat wide with high arches, and short (relative to the standard 8.5 length) got these in 8 and they are perfect. The strap design seems like it would adjust to a lot of foot shapes well. Just got them, so can't speak to longevity, but I haven't taken them off since they came out of the box. Big fan of Born, and Zappos, thanks!

Just what I needed!

These are my favorite sandals of all time. They're super comfortable, like walking on clouds, and they hold up very well. I've had them for the past year and lost mine in my travels somewhere. I've been waiting for weeks for a new pair in the same color and size to come in and they finally have. I didn't hesitate to order them again. They're very stylish and look great with skirts, pants, and shorts. As I said before, they're incredibly comfortable. I've walked miles in then and my feet didn't hurt. I'm so excited Zappos got them back in stock. Definitely order these if you're considering it. You won't regret it.

I like this sandal a lot. Always looking for a black sandal that doesn't make me look short (short people will understand!) Strappy, but comfortable even for my wid-ish foot. Nothing pressing but definitely holds my foot, even for a full day of walking around a city.

I bought these, along with similar pairs from Chaco and OluKai, for my 26 year old daughter who wanted something nice enough to wear with slacks or dresses, but comfortable enough to wear all day. Of the different brands, these were by far the "dressiest" with the thinest straps and more refined foot bed/heel (this keeps the sandal from having that clunky look, especially when you are wearing a size 11). That said, they are still pretty casual. They were comfortable right out of the box with really nice arch support. She also kept the Chaco Dorra for wearing with jeans.

I returned these shoes because the straps were way to big. The length of the shoe was right, but the straps ballooned over my foot and were not secure. They also aren't adjustable. I would say my foot is pretty normal size 9, maybe slightly narrow. I don't typically have this issue with shoes.

FINALLY!! A low profile, non clunky, comfortable summer sandal!!!! I have tried on so many sandals and they always have something wrong with them, too dowdy, pinch my little toe, not actually comfortable...the list goes on. These sandals are cute, extremely comfortable and fit great! Interestingly enough, I ordered the black in a 7 because they didn't have an 8 and another pair of brown in 8. Both fit fine as I am typically a 7.5. So I kept them both!

These sandals are just what I was looking for. I wanted a cute sandal that I could walk all day in while on vacation. These have a padded foot bed, arch support and comfortable straps! And the best part is that I didn't have to compromise on style like so many other comfort sandals! Wish they came in more colors.

These shoes are extremely comfortable. This is my second pair of Born Mai sandals. I love them. For such a strappy little sandal, they hold up really well. They are comfortable enough to walk around all day long. They look great with casual or slightly dressier outfits. The sole wears really well too. They are my favorite sandals - super comfortable. Zero complaints.

These were great but I hate it when I have to pick a 7 or 8 since I'm a 7.5. Even after reading the reviews I guessed wrong so the 7's are going back. Not sure I like them enough to reorder. Thought I would reorder until I tried on the Chaco Dorra's now I'm not so sure since they were much more comfortable...

Cute and comfortable. What can be better?

My podiatrist recommended that I stop trekking the city in flip flops and since Birks just aren't my style, enter Born. These are my second pair Born sandals (the first pair just recently died after 5 years and hundreds of miles of walking (too many caught in the rain)). But just like that first pair, these are comfy right out of the box. I almost never find shoes that require zero break-in time, but these are fantastic! I wear a size 8 in almost all shoes (Cole Haan, Nike, Everlane, CL, etc.) and the 8 in Born Mai fits perfectly. The Cuoio Brown is close to a nude/tan so they're a fantastic neutral. Highly recommend!

Cute & comfy sandal. My heel is narrow but the adjustable heel strap kept my heel snug. There is slight cushioning throughout the shoe.The rubber bottom keeps me from sliding on slick surfaces. No part of this shoe was uncomfortable. Highly recommended.

Love these strappy sandals in brown, with perfect cushioning and adjustable fit. Will definitely be wearing these a LOT this Spring & Summer! Only remark is that the color brown in the pair I received is much lighter than in the picture.
