These shorts are a perfect fit and true to size .

Very comfortable shorts. It is tough to find mid-thigh shorts these days. Most go all the way to the knees. I also like that part of the waist line is elastic. :-))

They are great for men with short legs.

I'll just put it this way. I own 8 pairs of these shorts. All stone. Now that I'm retired this is pretty much my uniform along with my jams. Every blue moon I do have to put a pair of jeans on. Depressing!!!

I just bought my first pair of these shorts. They fit my 35" waist perfectly (I bought Medium) with a bit of room to spare. Importantly to me, the belt loops are wide enough for the web belts I prefer. The material is soft and very comfortable. The front main pockets are deep enough so I don't worry my cell phone or keys will fall out. The back pocket is deep enough and zipped. Not sure what the small back pocket is for (can you tell I don't fish?). Also very importantly, there is plenty of room for squatting or climbing or swinging my legs out sideways, unlike the famous-name shorts I bought these to replace. They look durable, although I just got them. They are a good value for money and in fact I just ordered by second pair I am so happy with them.

These shorts a very comfortable. I bought a medium and they fit well. The waist fit good, I'm a 32. The legs are a bit wide but I like it.

These shorts are made of nice quality heavier material. As a short guy I love that they have a shorter inseam. Use these shorts to go out all the way to yard work.

I'm a charter captain and have been wearing Brewha for probably 15 years. The sun will completely fade the color but the shorts will continue on. Drives my wife crazy. The main feature is the side pocket that carries my can of tobacco.

I am retired now, and live in the southern US, and wear these shorts most everyday. They are comfortable, look decent enough to wear out for most day-to-day activities, and are very functional with all of the available pockets. The material is pretty durable, though after a year's worth of washings the fabric at the leg openings inevitably begins to fray. I wear/wash these shorts a lot, so maybe that is not unexpected, but I wish they would show better durability. One other issue is that the fabric is a bit heavier than some other shorts I have, meaning they are not quite as cool in the heat....would be nice if they made these in a lighter material. Overall, though, great product.

I really love these shorts because of the heavy fabric they are made with. Super-durable and long lasting! Much better than the shorts made out of thin material that rips easy. I hope Columbia keeps making these awesome shorts!!!

great fit, comfortable and stylish

Normally I like my shorts made of man made materials so they dry quickly, but these cotton shorts are so perfect for what I bought them for I am happy with cotton. I use the special pocket for my multi-tool while fishing so I don't have to have the tool's sheath on my belt.

Bought these for my husband! He liked them so much he had me get him another pair. The little bit of elastic in the band is great because he is between two sizes. They wash up well do not need ironing, look great with a polo or T-shirt.

The Columbia brand has been my go to for years. Good comfortable fit.
