Freakishly narrow and small in the tie box. I got these for work and had to send them right back and I really didn't want a bigger size I don't think they would ever be wide enough for me.

this is my first pair of 515 sneakers I've had alot of trouble finding shoes that my feet don't hurt these are great, going to by another pair.

If you are purchasing this shoe then make sure to get at least a half size larger; I had to get a full size larger. I am happy with the style and looks of the shoe.

These shoes have a cool retro good quality look. They are not very durable tho. These run about a half size smaller than other new balance I have owned and did not hold up for very long.

The shoe width was way smaller than my previous new balance, must be making them different now, I ordered exact size and width I already own but they don't fit so I'm returning them.

Very comfortable shoes for walking. Not quite running shoes and wouldn't be good for anything requiring much agility such as tennis or basketball.

The shoes where everything I expected (I got them to have comfortable walking shoes, and they are) My experience was more about how Zappos wonderful customer service. UPS dropped my package off in front of my APT in the middle of the day, and of course when I got home for the evening there was no package at my door step. I contacted Zappos and they had replacement shoes there for me the next morning. 5 stars on the customer service.

They look great, they feel ok but sometimes you have to sacrifice some comfort for style. You will definitely need an insert of you have high arches and/or plantar fasciitis. And if you are going that route order up a half size. I usually wear a woman's 9-9½, I ordered a men's 8 EE and they fit well.

Great shoe, very stylish. They do run small though. I buy these a full size larger than usual.

Ordered 7EE, size runs small, better to order 1/2 size bigger. It would also be helpful if return shipping label were included. I had trouble printing one from site.

Shoe felt at least a half size smaller, width was okay. I ordered the wide width. It had a moderate arch support, however, the arch did not fit me in the right place. Also, the sole felt so hard. It had no cushion and I'm on my feet all day. I had to return these shoes. I normally buy New Balance, but these did not work for me this time.

Shoe fit kind of tight, I wear a 15. Wide feet, not my favorites but still a nice pair to have for the right outfit.

Disappointed. I've been trying to find replacements for the old 498, which I wear in an 8EEEE. Its a nice deep supportive shoe. Unfortunately these are not it. Ordered in 8EEEE and they turned out to be too tight over the laces and certainly did not feel like an 8EEEE. I've been finding almost all New Balance kicks narrower and tighter than the size would suggest. Not sure whats going on NB? Get back to making shoes that are truly what the label says they are.

Always wear size medium, ordered medium, but the shoes feel very narrow, never had this problem before. Zappos' services are first rate, thank you!

Great looking shoe - I get a good number of compliments on them from folks. Unfortunately, less than two months after getting them, I've already gotten some tearing - and at the same spot on both shoes. Seems that the quality has gone downhill a bit from previous New Balance models, which is a shame because I've grown to love (and depend on!) their extra wide shoes!

So I got these but the only width option was extra wide. Figured that would work. It didn’t, needed just wide and not extra wide. Please have more width options available!!!! I would have been able to get just plain old wide and been great!

Go to shoe, I have a large wide foot (15 4E) and this style always fits, just wish they would offer better color choices!

If you're looking for true New Balance 4E, know that these run waaaaaaay waaaaay narrow. I'll still wear them, because there seems to be a lack of good looking 4E options, but they are tight tight tight.

Much narrower in the forefoot than expected.

I have owned several pairs of NB shoes, and this pair is just inexplicably less comfortable. Even with a change in insoles over the extraordinarily cheapo stock pair, the hardness of the heel material is uncomfortable. The edge of that material toward the arch is noticeable underfoot. For the money, they look fine and breathe nicely, but are not as comfortable as I had hoped. Also, I did follow other reviews and buy a half size up and that worked just fine from a fit standpoint.

I bought the brown and grey version of this shoe but the black didn't show texture and the white was not best choice for the accent between sole and upper. I returned it. I am very positive about the brown and grey. Comfortable and stylish

I recently purchased a pair of NB Mens 515 and am somewhat disappointed the all cloth shoe is about as stiff as the cardboard box it came in. My old pair of 420v4s with mesh construction were much more comfortable. I am going to keep them because I have worn them and my arch supports make up for the lack of support they come with.. I love Zappos and will just have to be more careful in my next selection.
