Just got it, contemplating returning for medium. I have a similar PFG dress that's a more relaxed fit. This is slightly fitted, and might be less figure-forgiving. I think it would be more comfortable on hot days if less clingy (sized up). I like the location of the straps, bust / empire seam, etc. Not too revealing, great length, like subtle "geranium" print. Bright shade leaf print too bright for me. Would make great travel dress. I just wish for pockets! (But too clingy for pockets in current size.)

I travel internationally 6 months of the year so Wish I had found this dress sooner. No wrinkles, nice fit that doesn't cling to middle age belly. 5'6" 135 lbs and large fit nice. Shoulder straps a bit narrow. Will buy again when new prints come out.

Dress is very light weight and great for those hot summer days. Great swimsuit coverup dress and can head out the door in. Wished it had a built in bra.

Nuce lightweight comfortable material. A little short compared to different print i got. Didnt have the back vent i hoped for.

Love this dress for those hot sticky summer days. All it needs is pockets to make it perfect.

I purchased this dress to travel to a tropical climate and it was cool to wear and did not wrinkle. I was able to wash this dress in the evening and hang it up to dry; and indeed, it dried overnight! Personally, I would have preferred to have short sleeves on the dress (a little extra sun protection for the shoulders) but overall, I liked this dress very much.

Loved the overall fit, the pattern, the material, the whole idea of it. But I think the empire waste would be too high for most. On the verge of being too high for me. I am 5'2", 115 lb, bought medium. Small would have worked, I think, too. Just fit closer to the body, I suspect.

I like this dress but it is going back. It is nice and light weight but has no built-in bra. I am fussy about bra straps showing and I didn't want to have to get a special bra to wear with one dress.

I bought this for travel because it really folds small and has a lot of different uses (swim cover up and could be a nice-ish dress). It is a really simple black dress and not super stylish but is great for travel and dries quickly. I have the longer version too which I love.

Wanted to love this dress-the look and feel are amazing BUT it was too snug around my waistline, showing too much tummy. Had to return.

I was looking for a dress that was feminine enough to wear out on a date but comfortable enough to wear on vacation. I'm hot natured so the cool fabric feels wonderful on my skin. I'm average height, a size 12/14 usually, and the large is a very flattering fit.

I love how this dress feels. Its very soft. I would recommend it to others.

Dress flows nicely over hips and stomach. Lightweight and comfortable. 31 waist, 41 hips. Size L. Not sure if I should have sized down or not.

flattering shape. shows curves but does not cling. I got black to be an everything dress. And you can really dress it up or down. The fabric is like swimsuit material.

Great dress. Very comfortable. No wrinkles. Cool and easy to move or lounge in. I would prefer it to be a bit longer like last seasons burn out dresses.

I typically don't do dresses but I love how it fits nicely packed even better easy to wash and drying is a snap. My only complaint is I wish they had short sizes in both this dress and the long one because if you are 5 ft tall stuff doesn't fit correctly in the length designed for someone 6 inches taller. Hopefully they will bring more colors

I am 5'2" and 118 pounds. I ordered the xs, and it fits great. The material is so comfortable, I can not wait until it warms up and I can wear it all the time. The only thing I wish it had was a bra or some type of support. Otherwise, it was a good buy!

The shelf bra wasn't comfortable for me, but the pluses are that the fabric is nice and the cut is modest for a summer dress that will keep you cool.

I like this dress a lot . I hope in future versions they change the empire seam. It is a little awkward.

I was skeptical about buying this dress without trying it on first because I haven't had great luck with other brands of outdoorsy dresses. I absolutely love this one though. The fit was perfect; flattering and comfortable! The colors are great and I feel great wearing this dress in a number of different situations.

I find the freezer dress to be the most flattering and feminine of all Columbia dresses. This one though is cut a little smaller than the four others I have from previous seasons. I will return and try the large even though I'm afraid it will gap under the arms. I am generally a true medium 8/10, 5'8'' and 145. Wonderful fabric perfect for hot/humid summer days. Would love to see a version that was about 3 inches longer.
