Once I understood I'd need to size up to a medium, I was quite comfortable with this dress. I bought it in two patterned styles as well. I do object to the prominence of the label on the back of the dress, which made it a 4-star rating instead of 5 stars.

Very comfortable and airy. Material is soft and cooling. Ordered up a size, Columbia seems to run little small. Can wear out walking or out for casual dinner. Color and design is very nice.

True to size. The material feels AMAZING! Perfect easy summer dress. Only downfall is that it can be a little see through due to the light color and fabric. Plan accordingly. Wish they had this in darker color options as well.

Different fit than pictured. It has more of an empire waist than pictured. It looks flowy on her and doesn't look like she sized up for it. I got my normal size dress in this style and this one is definitely different. Looks almost maternity like to me.

This is a cute dress and I get compliments when I wear it. I have a small chest and the seam at that area was way too high even for me, so if you have a large chest this dress will not work. It also washes really well and hardly wrinkles.

I usually wear a 16, XL fit great. Wore over swimsuit in Hawaii - beach to happy hour!

Love the dress even though the dress color was a little more green than blue.

The picture looks like a peach or pale peach color. However when I got the dress it was more a neon peach color. Way to bright for me, But I love the dress otherwise and have it in several colors.

Fits well, light and breezy, but since it's winter (even in FL) I haven't worn it out yet. The flare is more attractive on me than the Chill River style with pockets.

I bought this in 'Waterfall'. It is flattering, comfortable to wear. It has a smooth, soft feeling against the skin. The dress flares a bit from right below the breast down to hem. Easy wearing summer dress . The band right below the the bodice doesnt quite alighn snugly, as one would expect, if you are large breasted it might not hold you comfotaby. but it is a small thing that did not bother me as I am petite.

Mother in law thought I was wearing my 'night clothes' in public based on the silkiness of the material; other reviewer who likened it to swimsuit material was spot on. Other than not being the type of material I was expecting, this has been a great addition to my wardrobe. For reference am 5'2 and 100#; small amount of gap in armhole probably wouldn't be an issue for anyone a little taller.

I really like the style and comfort of this dress; it is very cute. Unfortunately, the top was a little too snug, so I returned it. (Note: a younger person would probably be happy with the snug fit; I'm older and prefer things that don't cling.)

I love these functional products from Columbia and really wanted this to work. Unfortunately, the built in shelf bra did not provide enough support. The cut was a little too body conscious for the heat. If you are smaller on top and can order one size larger I think this will work for you. Sad I can't test the technology of the fabric.

material has a nice drape (it is a bit like bathing suit material like someone else said, but lighter and airier). The back is a bit low, so depending on if you wear a bra and how it's cut, it *may* show above the scoop in the back. The underarms are airy, but high enough to hide bra.

I’m 5’1” and it was too long for me. Well below the knees.

I bought three of these dresses to wear for summer, to walk and be outdoors instead of shorts. They are very comfortable, light weight but not too sheer. A tiny bit long, but I wanted something above knee and so many dresses are too short, so really no complaint! Only thing I don't like is the heatseal label on the inside on the back, it can stick to you if sweaty.

Would only be improved if it had pockets.

pretty much living in this dress during the pandemic. it is thin if it makes u uncomfortable in sheer fabric be prepared to wear a slip in fact, the company should make a breathable athletic slip to wear with all of their dresses I think it will make the dresses sale better one slip you can wear with all the dresses do that and it will get five stars

The dress is lightweight and comfortable. I wore a tank with it as I do most dresses for a more conservative look on the chest area. I also had biking Capri stretch pants on and was able to wear the dress on a leisurely bike ride. It was perfect for feeling cute but being active.

loved the dresses but they run a little small. I have many shirt in XL only because I don't like them snug. I wear a size 12 so I ordered the large dress. Too form-fitting for me. Will return and not sure I'll order the XL at this time..... however, I did love the feel of these dresses.

I want to start this by saying I have three of these dresses and I love the material and how they work in the heat. With that being said, I'm 5'6", 147 pounds, and 36D chest - the reason I mention that is because the empire waist goes up over my breast line - which doesn't terribly bother me but I know some wouldn't like that. The dress goes about four inches above my knees which I like because I'm active and don't want to worry about "showing" anything but some might expect it to be a little shorter. I always get compliments when I wear them.

I am a 4-6 but found the medium to be best fit on top. Unfortunately it a few inches above knee which I found too short.

Love this dress for travel and warm weather! They are lightweight and pack nicely, and I can dress them up or down. I bought two!! I have this dress, which makes me now owning three, in a size small. So I ordered the two new ones in small. However, they run small, so I ended up exchanging them for mediums. Medium is fine, armholes are a tad big. I'm 59 years old, 5'4" and weigh 123 pounds.
