Bought these pants for my kid. Very nice and high quality.

My 5 year old grandson loves the outdoors in the PNW and when it rains he is never without his rain pants from Columbia. Light weight and durable they keep him dry and happy playing in all the fun parks and outdoor spaces in the PNW. These rain pants have been a staple for him since he started walking.

Work perfectly in heavy rain! Fit nicely. Would be great if they made options for curvy or short people though they worked great with my daughters boots so they didn't drag at the hem. She is very curvy and shorter for a little girl. She fits womens petite sizes usually, so we just ordered her the size 14, rolled the waist, and like I said, had her wear boots.

Perfect kid rain pants. Our grand child wears these for hiking, walking out in the rain and just being on the farm. They are lightweight and seem well made. Kids wear leggings underneath them.

I bought this because I am a small adult to replace the adult rain pants that I have had for a while which are too long for me. I am pleased that the quality and material of the youth pants seem to be as good as the adult pants. And now I have rain pants that fit!

Fit great. My 110 lb 5'2" daughter can put these on over her jeans. Very happy with the quality. Haven't tested them out in the rain yet. :)

Excellent pants for the weather in PNW!We wear them whenever we go out as they protect us from wind and rain.

You pay a little more for Columbia stuff, but the quality is worth it. These pants are no exception. Perfect for when our daughter joins us on a hike through the wet forest.

These went over the jeans my kids were wearing and kept everything dry! They're great!

The fabric is just wonderful. It repels water but doesn't make so much noise and feels softer. A great product! I already ordered another size for a different person.

Love these pants. Bought them as a gift for my 10 year old nephew. He loves them for playing outside when the temperature hovers around 32 F - 45F. They are lightweight and flexible enough to be non restricting. Would recommend.

Best pants ever for raining day...

Pants fit very well, seem to be well made and good material. I have not used them yet as it is wintertime, but I expect them to function as expected.

Where I live, every mom seems to be a diehard fan of another brand of rain pant. I couldn't get on board after finding my kids soaked under the rain gear every time. So, I looked online and found these...unsure if they would stand the test of Southeast Alaska rain. THEY DO. I tested the material in the sink right after I got them and am extremely pleased to report the water ran right off of the material. My son can run around and move in the rain pants, and the material is thick enough that I know it will withstand his outside playing.

Very nice fit and feel and is 100% waterproof,it is for my kid.

I played a 6-hour round of golf wearing these waterproof pants in pouring rain and high winds in Hawaii. While my shoes were soaked & my playing partners were also soaking wet, these pants kept me dry down to my ankles. These pants performed better than expected.

I bought this pants to my son play outside in the rain. It's nice. The bottom have a Velcro that helps to adjust to the rain boot! I liked it very much also because it's not very warm!

I purchased these for my boys for a trip we took to Ireland. They wore them on several hikes and nature walks when I knew it would get a little wet. These pants were perfect. Kept them dry the entire time! It wasn't too cold outside so they were perfect. If it's a little cooler the next time they were them I'd just have them wear some tights under them. Bravo Columbia!

The pants are pretty simple pull on pants. They are a little wide at the waist. Wishing there was an adjustable waist cord. Happy that the cuffs are adjustable.

This is the second pair of rain pants I've ordered for our son for camping. They keep the rain out and I like the velcro adjustments at the ankle to be tightened up to keep socks dry when playing golf. However, depending on your child's shoe size the leg isn't large enough for them to be put on over hiking boots which is a drawback. My son is 5' tall and wears a size 7 boot and he can't put these pants on over the boots. They have two slash front pockets and one nice, deep back pocket with velcro closure. The pockets are unlined. Another drawback is that my younger son who is a slim fit won't be able to wear these because they don't have a drawstring to tighten the waist, just an elastic waist.
