My son loves these! After years of buying him Keen sandals every summer and him hardly wearing them, I was about to give up. We usually find ourselves walking in streams, etc., so I am always looking for a safe and comfy shoe to keep him from slipping when it's wet. He never found regular keens comfy, but LOVES these! One of the first times he wore them was to an amusement park. I was a bit worried because he hadn't broken them in, but no blisters and they remained comfortable for a day of walking and water rides! Will definitely buy another pair next year! (Please keep making this design, Keen!)

The Seacamp II is a huge hit with my 9-y-o son. Previous reviewers have noted that it lacks the bulk and support of the traditional Keen sandals, and truth be told, that's why we chose it. He preferred a lighter, more open shoe and more flexible sole. The quality looks great, and the attention to detail is excellent. He took them straight out of the box and wore them all day w/o any "breaking in" or blistering issues. For heavy-duty hiking or camping, I may have chose the traditional Keen for him, but for our purposes at this time, the breathability, light weight and flexibility are just right.

My son has worn Keen Newport the last 3 summers. He complained this year that they felt uncomfortable so we tried the Seacamp. Both have the easy velcro and the rubber toe which are a necessity in our family. The Seacamp has a thinner, more flexible sole and is lighter in weight and my son loves them. I wish the Seacamp had been around when my boys were toddlers.

My daughter loves these!! We get the same Keen style every year in the next size up and it doesn’t disappoint. She can hike around camp, swim in the lake, climb the rock wall, and bike in these sandals! Last year they seemed to give her a few blisters, but this year’s version has been blister-free for 5 weeks of summer camp!

My son requests these shoes for summer! He's a busy 7 yr old and these are great for keeping toes covered and yet giving the feeling of a sandal. The shoes hold up well too! I have yet to have a pair wear out before he grew out of them.

These are great quality sandals and really cute. These are basically athletic shoes in sandal form. My son only wears soccer cleats, Nike Flex Run shoes, and if necessary when he needs to get shoes wet, he'll put these on. That's it. He refuses to wear anything else. I take that as an endorsement for a comfortable pair of sandals.

The sandal is lightweight comfortable. My child adores this fit much better than the traditional KEEN sandal. My child wears size 2 in Merrill sneakers, but needed the size 3 in these.

This is my fifth summer buying these sandals for my kids, I would not get any other product.

My little boy (8) does not like to wear shoes. He compromised on these and actually loves them. He is super hard on shoes; these have been perfect for him to play hard in. Best part for me is how easily I can clean them!

This is the second time I buy these for my son. They are great. So easy to wash with the hose after playing all day outside. Even dried mud washes off easy. Dries quickly in a sunny spot. Awesome sandals with protected toes!

Always a great choice! Comfortable and fit very well. Great for outdoor play, vacation, and summer camps! Love that you can throw them in the washer and they dry relatively quickly.

Just the best fitting, long lasting, foot protecting wet/dry sandal for active kids!

I have bought iterations of these for my two kids every year from age 3 to age 9 currently. Closed toe and heel protects their feet and they stay on while active. These are really the best for camping, rivers, kayaking, swimming, and more! The soles are quality and keep feet from getting sore. Velcro straps keep them easy on and off. I only wish the kids would stop outgrowing them before they are worn out. Heh.

My son has worn this style Keen sandals for years. We keep ordering a size up.

Great sandals! Got them for my 12 yo son and he loves them. They are light, comfortable and beautiful.

We love Keens for our family's summertime feet! This particular order was for my son who chose the grey with red trim and could not be more excited about them. They fit perfectly and are rugged enough to keep up with his hot weather high jinks!

Love these sandals for my active 8 year old. He needs a sandal that covers his toes to safely run in warm weather and these are perfect! The CNX style makes them lightweight which is nice because comparable brands/styles are too heavy for a little kid to be wearing all day. Cool colors too.

These are great for my 12-year-old. They are lightweight compared to other Keen sandals. This is my son’s 2nd pair. They held up to rugged wear, but his feet outgrew them!

New style is awesome!

These are the only sandals my son will wear in summer. He just turned 6, he is 48" and he has narrow feet, little kids 2 fit perfectly. He can't even destroy these. They are very comfortable, washable and they provide very good toe protection.
