I didn't like the angled heel and the western styling. The opening is pretty narrow around the ankle.

Beautiful leather, really cute style, great quality as usual for Frye. Pretty much true to size for the fit, but the toe box does not have enough room for me before the point...pinches and hurts my toes. Bummer!

These came in an unmarked box (it said because the original Frye box was damaged). I'm returning the shoe because there are small scuff marks on the leather and I don't like that the toes appear to be darker than the reset of the shoe. They are also pointier than I expected.

I loved these when I saw them but if I would have had to pay full price for them I would not have bought them. While they are a soft leather on the exterior, inside there is no cushion. The quality of the leather is also very thin. They are wide for a B width as well. I plan to wear wool knee highs with them so they should fit just right. They are very comfortable and the right heel height. Since I stand all day they are perfect. I also was able to buy them for under $100 and that was a deal considering the retail price and that they are Frye's

The boot ran large. I even ordered a half size smaller. The style was too western - I was looking for a more rounded toe. Also, it was surprisingly low on the top of my foot compared to what I was imagining. For such a narrow toebox, the boot was actually quite comfortable. Returned.

The color that arrived was more of a pumpkin color and are a lesser quality leather than the same Frye boot I currently own.

I absolutely love the look of these boots. Within receiving my first pair of Reina boots from Zappos, I went to try them on and realized the zipper would only go down half way. Upon inspection, you could tell the zipper was defective and I felt poor quality. Fake wood heel and inferior zipper. This will be my last Frye boot purchase. Too much money for an inferior product. Although not as stylish, it will be Lucchese for quality and similar brands for me in the future.

They feel a little hard and pointy - they look good and I still wear them, but even after breaking them in, they don't feel super comfortable like similar boots that I have.

Returned for poor quality outer sole. This is very unusual for Frye boots. Think I just got a "bad egg." I own three pairs of Frye boots that I have worn for years. Easy exchange with Zappos. Otherwise, comfortable and nice looking bootie.

I purchased this bootie in my standard size 8 despite some reviews that had noted that the boot ran a touch large. They fit perfectly, and they seem to be decent quality for being made in China...almost returned them for that simple fact. I know you can't really avoid it, but Frye was an American company who like so many others has now shipped their labor overseas. Anyways, back to the bootie. They look great with cropped skinny jeans. I have yet to try them on with any of my dresses or skirts. The only problem I encountered was that the left bootie seemed to rub against my ankle causing a very uncomfortable sensation, but I think this is simple the shape of my ankle, and not due to the make of the boot.

Just not right for me. Very pointed toe, more than I was hoping for. Very wide ankle area, it looked funny to me and I didn't feel good support from the boot.

These are my first Fryes. This style does not impress me. I will probably try another pair, when I can afford another pair, but I would not recommend these. They just are not comfortable in any way.

Normally I'm a huge fan of Frye boots but this pair was poorly constructed...so much so I can't get through but a few hours before I'm in agonizing pain. It's sad because they are so cute but sadly no where near worth the money...or any money really.

Really disappointed. I purchased 2 pairs of these in different colors a few years ago and wanted to replace this color after much use :) However, this new pair was a much lower quality with different marking and a subpar sole. They also seemed to be constructed of a lower quality and thinner leather than previous pairs. I wondered if they were maybe a counterfeit product.

These are not genuine Frye boots. A poor knock off. Do not buy.

The pair of these I received are, I believe, knock offs. I own about five pairs of Fryes and love them because they are well made with quality material. Fryes are always bench made and include stitching along the sole. Their leather is great quality and wears really well. The shoes I received do not have any stitching along the sole. The leather feels cheap and looks poorly colored. The fit is off, they felt a full size smaller, a problem I've never had with Fryes in the past. I would not recommend purchasing these shoes.
