These are great shoes - but not for my feet, evidently. I've tried 3 sizes with no success.

Much too large, no support at all !

When I first put these on they felt tight, but within a minute they felt fine. I have wide feet and I'm sure these would have stretched out and formed to my feet after wearing them a couple of times. However...as soon as my 18 year old daughter saw them on my feet, she said they looked like Jesus shoes. Not sure what Jesus shoes are, but that wasn't the look I was going for. So, for that reason I am sending them back. In all honesty, they weren't cute on my size 6 wide feet.

These look pretty and the leather is very nice but they looked meh on my foot (there was a gap on the side) and they have no arch support and thin soles so I know they would aggravate my plantar fasciitis.

I love this shoe, but it doesn’t fit my feet. I ordered them twice hoping I could make them work. I ordered an 8 and an 8 1/2. Normally one of these sizes would work, but the shoe is too wide for me. Also, my right foot is a tiny bit longer, and if I dropped to a 7 1/2, I felt the shoe would be too short. I would love for this shoe to fit my feet, but it doesn’t

These are very comfy and stylish; no arch support, and the toes are pointed. They do have a removable insole to add orthotics which is a plus. They just weren't the right shoe for me; I returned them.

I was excited to get this but first time I wore them I got horrible deep blisters along my toes. They felt a half size too small and tight across the top. I still love them and am now wearing them with heavy sock (it’s winter so it doesn’t look too strange) to protect my feet while I am stretching them out. Next time I will by a half size larger

beautiful shoe, wish it would have worked for me. I do not have wide feet but these shoes were too narrow and did not feel like they would stretch out. unfortunately had to return.

Like other reviewers I found them to be too wide in the midstep. Oddly they are also too narrow in the toe box.

Lengthwise, these probably fit me. But the width was wide around the middle part of my foot, such that the shoe shows gaps on the side. I like the material of the shoes, but these didn't look great enough for me keep.

These were really cute but too wide. Even with my own inserts, the fell off. The length was good.

I bought these in my regular size, 8.5, but after wearing them for a couple hours, my toes were killing me. Very flat/narrow in the toe area. I also had to break them in around the ankle because the edge was a bit sharp. The insole IS removable, but barely has any support. I put a stick-on extra little arch support underneath the insole, and it made a huge difference, since my foot does need arch support. I love the look of these, but I wish I had sized up to a 9. Next time!

I haven't worn them much, only around the house. I'm hoping they don't stretch out to much. Wondering if I should order the Size 8. Other than that concern they are very nice shoes even if they are a bit pricey.

Good shoe, however it didn't hold up well after a year.

This shoe was too loose around the heel and too tight (not narrow, but flat vertically) on my toes. I am disappointed these have to go back, they seemed like a cute alternative to similar styles that have a wide white sole. Off to find something else!

I loved the looks of these Frye slip ones, but the soft leather did not offer enough support for my problem feet. If you don’t have foot issues, I’d highly suggest trying these shoes! High quality & so nice! Wonderful return policy, if they don’t work out for you. Zappos ROCKS! I only shoe shop with Zappos, because they’ve earned my respect. ...no arch support... Maybe a little on the small side. Not as cute as I'd hoped.

I ordered the gold. Super cute but too tight in the toe box so I had to return. I was considering trying a larger size but the price went up by about $35. May reconsider if the price drops again.

Very nice looking, but not enough support for my problem foot. I think they are definitely worth a try! Wish I could have kept, but for the price I needed more comfort.

I love Melanie and have had it in the antiqued yellow for several seasons. I wanted it another color and chose the antiqued grey. Unfortunately, the actual color is a greyish lavender or pink (is that mauve). It's so off, that I'm sending them back.

Stylish shoe with soft leather. Unfortunately, the toe area is too narrow even with my narrow foot. Wanted to keep but had to return. I hope Frye designs the same style without the narrow, pointy toe.

I really loved these shoes at first, but sadly like some previous reviews my shoes have stretched out after a month. The leather is pulling from the rubber after moderate to light wear. These shoes are extremely comfortable and high quality leather but lack on durability, which is sad given the high price tag.

I wanted to like this shoe, but it hurt so bad. Was very narrow in the toe area. Maybe I needed a bigger size, but I didn’t love it enough to exchange.

Really wanted to love these shoes but the toe box is just too tight. Crushed my big toes! Everything else seemed just fine.
