The changes to the performance polo are awful. The stitching across the back is uncomfortable. No two shirts fit the same. The cut in the shoulders does fit well if you have bigger shoulders.
The design team dropped the ball on this one.
I have been purchasing the performance polo for years and it has become my favorite shirt, why the changes? If its not broke, don't fix it.

Last years performance polo fit great.
I didn't get taller, but did lose weight since purchasing last years polo.
This performance polo fits small. I'm guessing it runs about a full size smaller, compared to last years performance polo.
Tight in the chest, short in the sleeves, and barely reaches my belt line.
Running smaller might not be a problem for some because of the option of purchasing a larger size, but when you order a 3XL there isn't an option to go larger.
I won't be able to comfortably wear it so it will just sit in my closet collecting dust.

I was highly disappointed when the new style arrived and I immediately sent it back for an old style range polo that fits like a charm. I noticed the new style is a little more snug and the quality of the material feels very cheap. I will more than likely no longer buy the Performance Polo so long as they continue with the current cheap style.
Would be nice if they would do a run of the old style for the guys that prefer the better quality and fitting style. At least I have a WWP Polo on the way now and that should still be the old style.
Thank you, Marc

The new "athletic fit" polo is far too tight in the chest, shoulders and the sleeves have been shortened to a
European cut length. This used to be the only shirt I wore but
I can't wear the new design. A real disappointment!

I already own some US Performance Polos size XL and they fit very good. Wanted to get a shirt with a little more room. I bought a 2XL and it is actually smaller and tigher fitting than the XL.
Either UA isnt getting consistent cuts or they are skimping. Sad for a $60 shirt.

This polo is not as nice as the previous model. Please bring back the old HEATGEAR in navy you had right away.
Also loose the white striping around the neck.

I have owned several UA polos. All of them 3x in size. They fit perfect and last forever. I finally decided to buy a couple more colors and I was very disappointed. The fit is completely different. I am 5' 8" 290. Believe it or not I have a fairly athletic build. When I was training my fighting weight was 230. So the shoulders in the 3x fit well, but the gut I put on looks terrible in this skin tight polo. It's supposed to be loose fit and it's not close. Trying this shirt on was comical. UA needs to understand that once you get into the 3x size range The slimness scale of the customer shifts to a higher percentage out of shape. Or they need to add the 4x size option.
