Comfy flip flop that has good support. The only thing I was was that the straps were tighter to prevent me from curling my toes to grip the sandals.

Still getting used to them, but if you're a 1/2 size, size up.

This is my 5th pair of Vionic flip flops and as far as comfort and support they are unbeatable. I can walk miles in them! Sadly, though, they last only one season. While the tops and footbeds are in perfect condition, the soles wear out in the heel area within 6 or 7 months. It is frustrating at this price and I wish Vionic could strengthen the heel area of the sole. This does not happen with any other Vionic shoe that I have purchased or with any other brand of shoe I own.

I love these sandals. They are comfortable and have really excellent arch support. My feet feel better as soon as I put them on! My only complaint is about Vionic's decoration of these and all their other women's sandals. Why does Vionic assume that women want something shiny like patent leather or gold rings or stuff like bows all over their shoes? If these were made with a plain matte black strap I'd give them a 5 star rating. Vionic, please make an undecorated Tide II Toe Post Sandal in all black! (And, no, I can't wear unisex sandals that supposedly fit women as well as they fit men.)

Love the fit but disappointed that not completely white. I couldn't tell from photo that the patent leather is kind of a pale tan. Wanted completely white. I will keep them because they fit so nicely and not unattractive.

I'll have to return these. They are really too big. I probably should have gone with the size 7 since I'm normally a 7.5 but I got the Val in an 8. They're medium-WIDE which was way too big. But I loved the tortoise look.

The shoes fit well and are very comfortable and stylish! The cushioning is different from shoes I currently wear but they become more comfortable as I wear them. I may order another pair in a different color!

The fit is true to size. I have wide feet - and a bunion! - but these work for me...just! At first they seemed too firm in the sole, but as I was wearing them they seemed to "warm up" and conform to my foot. They also feel heavier than a standard flip flop ('tho I wore Crocs which do provide great arch support) but the Vionics are growing on me and I'm sure they are a vast improvement on 3 year old flip flops that have seen better days!

The size 8 was too big (foot slid around) and the 7 was too small (uncomfortable because heel hit back edge of shoe). Really wish manufactures would start making 1/2 sizes again.

I have been wearing vionic Tide sandals for years but have seen a decline in their quality. They now become loose quickly and they lose much if their arch support quickly. I understand every company is out for the almighty buck but there are those of us that need good supportive shoes and now I have to find another brand. Another lost customer!!

This is my first Vionic purchase. So far I have absolutely no complaints. I have been having problems with foot pain and hip pain for some time now. When I put these Tide II post sandals on there was instant relief. I need that arch support and they sandals take care of it. I will be slowly replacing all of my sandals for Vionic Sandals!

I've worn Vionic flip flops now for several years and they really helped with my plantar fasciitis! I wear them so much that the inside of the strap developed had a hole in the lining causing a pretty good blister on the side of my foot. Maybe a design flaw but I still love the flip flops, just plan on purchasing one pair a year!

I just didn't like the color - or the decoration on the straps. Also -- I didn't like the "VIONIC" name stamped on the strap. I wouldn't have returned them just because of that, but I mention it because I hope Vionic will not continue to advertise this way. A subtle logo is okay, but . . .

I have a hard time finding a Vionic sandal that I can keep on my foot. Have narrow foot and usually the toe strap is to long to keep the shoe on my foot. This is the closest I can find so for. I order a size 7 instead of an 8 to be able to wear them. They have less cushion than I've found in the past.

I want to have these so badly! The concept of 1/2 sizes seems to have fallen by the wayside though. Size 8 was much too big so I bought the 7 and have been wearing them on carpet only while I make up my mind...so sad to have to return the size 7 because they are just that infinitesimal bit too small.

Absolutely love the shoe and support but they make my feet sweaty and turn the bottom of my feet black :( wish there was some kind of insert to help with this or they were made with a fabric instead

I have several pairs and they are the only flip flop style I can wear that do not bother the arches of my feet. That being said I ordered these for my 16 year old daughter for an outdoor party and she said the firmness of the arch is a little too strong for her. But she can wear them for a day or night just not daily. Maybe she has to get used to them.

these are great. the only improvement I suggest is a higher arch support. the arch support is decent enough for short walks, but not for all day on your feet wear.

Great comfort and arch support. Does stretch a bit making them a little looser.

With some slight tweaks I would have definitely given this a 5. This was my first Vionic shoe of any sort. What peaked my interest was the arch support. I have a medium/high arch and with most shoes I usually put in some sort of arch support. The problem always was sandals. I ordered my regular size 9M (I can get away with an 8.5W sometimes) but they fell off my foot the straps were too long. The bed of the foot felt good which led me to try a smaller size. The exchange processes was very easy a couple of clicks on the website and I exchanged them for a size 8. They shipped the size 8 once Fedex had scanned my return - at no cost to me. A great customer experience. The size 8 is still not as tight as I would prefer but the foot bed does fit just fine. I apparently must have longer toes so the toe post is fine my toes are off the front and my heel fits in the spot. The true test was on vacation a few weeks back. We had a couple days with a lot of walking. I put these on just to see how long I would last (my running shoes were in the car as backup). I had them on the whole time and couldn't believe that my back ankles and feet didn't ache no blisters and that my former broken ankle (plate and screws still there) didn't swell up as usual. I'm sold! So why the 4 stars? One is that they are Wide versus Medium/Wide. I went 1 size down. Second is they are best for dry conditions. If the foot bed gets wet your foot will slip around and because of the length of the strap it does cause instability issues. The sole was never the problem just your foot slipping sideways. So with dry conditions even with the looser strap they didn't have the normal flip-flop slap and stayed where they were supposed to. If your feet are like mine you should give them a try.

This is my third pair of Vionics in 15 years. This pair is not as cushy as my older ones and seems to have a lower heel

I get plantar fasciitis if I don’t have proper arch support. These do and are so comfortable. I can wear them all day and they are very comfortable.
