I am a true 8 1/2 and I ordered an 8, which fits perfectly. When I put these on I can tell a difference in how my feet feel. I can walk all day in these and barely notice my feet hurting. The white goes with everything so I'll be buying many more pairs.

Love these sandals! I live in them. They are good when it is rainy as there is nothing to ruin, yet they stay secure even with a little moisture under your sole.

Excellent support. I would buy again. I'm on my feet a lot and these help so much with delaying fatigue!

When my doctor told me I was going to have to start wearing arch supports because I have an unstable joint in my foot, I was devastated. I had visions of old lady nursing shoes. I'm still young! I'm still hip! I was afraid I wouldn't be able to wear flip flops anymore in summer, and that was scary. A friend suggested I try Vionics. I found these on Zappos for a bit cheaper than on Vionic's site, and they are amazing. I've had the red ones for around a year now, and they still look brand new, even though I wear them pretty much nonstop. I find them super comfy, and they look very cute. When I first saw them, I was worried they'd be too wide (I have very narrow feet) but they don't look wide when I'm wearing them, and they feel super comfy. I'm very happy with these. I considered buying a second pair since they're on sale, but since these still look so good, I don't think I need to.

If I could change one thing it would be that the plastic were not so shiny, as I am not a blingy, flashy person. For a flip flop they have excellent arch support and my feet are not pronating as badly. I need to pay attention, but the arch support definitely helps. I am ordering a second pair, as I hate to wear shoes, but am tired of being in constant pain from normal flip flops and going bare foot. Overall I think they are well made and will help we walk better. I have worn them less than a day and can already tell a difference.

This is my 3rd pair one in ea color. Flip flops are torture on flat feet. I can wear these all day and be fine. Give my legs a much better look because of the arch support. Attractive, sturdy and travel well. Expensive for flip flops but worth every penny for comfort.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Vionic Tide II. I've been wearing this brand for years. I have a pair of Orthaheel Tide flip-flops and the Tide II under the Vionic name and I don't see a difference in the orthotic. I have at least a dozen pair of these flip flops. They're the only brand I can wear that will not flare up my plantar fasciitis or my knee/back issues. I am a 7-½ medium and the size 7 fits me perfectly. They wear & wear & wear! The only problem I've ever had is when I left a pair out in the sun in Vegas on a 115 degree day. Big mistake.

LOVE these! I had them in brown, but wear so much navy that I thought I'd treat myself. The arch support is amazing, they look like normal shoes, and I can walk around all day. I never thought I'd say that this price for flip flops was worth it but it so is. Pain free and stylish!

These feel great! I purchased the same in pewter a few weeks - these are even more comfortable - nice arch support but not too much.

I love these. They were immediately comfortable. Pretty and light. Vionic shoes have really helped my arch pain, I have now forgotten all about it, unless I go for a few days without wearing them. So.. I wear Vionic shoes or arch supports almost everyday.

I just got these since it will take me a while to break in my Montrail Molokini flip flops. I love them! Beautiful purple and excellent support!

These shoes SAVED MY FEET. Last summer was my last summer wearing cheap sandals after a night in AC when I was almost brought to tears walking down the boardwalk in cheap shoes with no support. I ordered these and they absolutely changed my life! Perfect everyday flip flop. They are so comfortable, I don't want to take them off when I get home (which is why I also purchased a pair of Vionic slippers!).

These are the most comfortable flip flops Ive ever worn and I ve worn plenty. After recent foot surgery these were recommended and I am so glad I bought them ! I have 2 pair now.

I got these in the red and love them. It's a beautiful red purge the for the 4th of July. I wear a ladies 8 in just about every gym sneaker made and the 7 in these fit perfect. I have a very high arch and these actually give me arch support!

I really found these flip flops to be very comfortable. I needed something with support and this has it. Very nice overall quality.

I have a pair of Orthaheel thongs that are at least 5 years old and I love them. I have not worn these new Vionic ones for a long period of time yet, but during a short test-walk around the house, they felt fine. Perhaps the arch is a little lower, but otherwise I don't notice any difference. I have very flat feet and I mostly just wear these around the house for short periods, or at the beach -- never all day long (per podiatrist's recommendation).

These shoes are great....I have lower back pain and a high arch and thee shoes allow me to walk all day without pain.

I have never tried Vionics before, but for a flip flop, they do have good arch support. The ribbon type toe post is comfortable. The cork style is very cute and versatile. They do look a tad clunky, maybe, but I am late 50's, so I know I need to take comfort over style anyday! I do really love these sandals!!!!

Great arch support and stylish shoe. Arch support is quite significant and may take some getting used to. Shoes do squeak when feet are sweaty or wet.

This flip flop is fabulous!! I cannot wear these enough! I have terribly flat feet and had ankle reconstruction on one. They must have added extra cushion in the heel because these are like walking on air. The arch support is excellent also. I will wear these all over this summer. Terrific shoe!!

Best flip flops I've ever owned. Many folks reviewed that they weren't as good as the originals, but since I've never owned them, I have no basis for comparison. Much more comfy than my birkentstocks, with great support. M

Still a good sandal but agree with other reviews that it's not as good as the old version. I suspect they were trying to increase profit.

I love this sandal. For years I have worn Montrail flip flops because of the comfort and arch support. They're no longer available. Fortunately I found the VIONIC Tide II. These are actually MORE comfortable and cuter. I usually wear a 7.5-8. The VIONIC 8 was too big and the 7 fits just right. Well made, too.
