Second pair of the shoes that I have purchased. Second pair was just as good as the first. Excellent support in arch. Would buy another pair.

This shoe has a gel footbed; but it's glued in, and it has only felt cushy for 1 month, and now it's flat and uncomfortable. The gel footbed seems to be a neat idea that has gone wrong. In addition to providing no arch support, the fabric over the gel is slick whereas my foot slides around within the shoe; and this is very annoying. I'm going to spend a couple hours carefully cutting the gel footbed out of the shoe and put in a real insole that has both arch support and comfort. On the bright side, this shoe looks really nice and seems to have a very good (outer) sole; and a good price.

I bought these exact shoes at a brick and mortar store, and I liked them a lot. I work on my feet and found Skechers to be a good brand to relieve my feet. Was surprised to find them on Zappos in exact same size and color for 15 dollars less, so it was a no-brainer.

Owner a pair one year plus. First month the gel insole sets in and feels slippery, but gets better over time. The wide size is good, just a tad more than I'd like. The shoes lasted a good 6 months before the gel insole started to deteriorate in the mid-forefront (both shoes), they took a lot of abuse from walking, hiking, fishing. After 8-10 months the material on heel was worn through and I pulled the hard plastic liner out and used them for comfortable fishing shoes while boating. Overall for the price, the shoes are a great deal.

I really like the styling of this shoe, but the pebble color is a bit odd. In direct sunlight it appears as olive green which is not a color commonly seen in athletic shoes. But indoors the shoe looks almost tan in color which I like a lot more. It appears to be very well built but reading other people's reviews about it falling apart rather early has me a little concerned about its longevity, we shall see. The rubber soles are rather stiff and I wouldn't want to use this as a running shoe for that reason. But I love the styling so much that I am willing to overlook these shortcomings and will probably order a second pair, just in a different color.

They seem to be a well built shoe and remind me a little of a hiking shoe. The styling is great and I hope they last as good as they look. But the pebble color is a bit odd as it looks more like light olive green. I've never had that color in an athletic shoe but I'm getting used to it. I always used to wear Reeboks but they seem to have fallen off the planet since being bought out by Adidas so I thought I'd give Skechers a try. For $ 39 on sale they're hard to beat.

Good price for this average shoe. This is the first day so I will see how it does 2hen walking
